Good place to rest, but they are exaggeratedly punctual. On your check-out. You spend and charge 300 pesos for 2 hours… And you almost get kicked out of the hotel checkout.

It's a charming little Mexican hotel in a great location. The room was a nice little studio, fully equipped. It had a king size bed and a covered patio with a couch to sit out. The rooftop deck had nice views of the town and the Bahia. Check in and check out could not have been smoother. If only they had morning coffee it would be better.

This hotel is very good, has a execelente location near the center and the main beach, plus the staff is very attentive and friendly, and something I really like is the theme of the hotel. I sincerely recommend it to all people come to Bucerias; It is very ralajante and quiet in truth, and the rooms very comfortable.

Igive it five stars in my opinion. Its not like an all inclusive resort. It has a true mexican feel to it. Rebooked for next year.

Not worth the cost they charge for what little they offer and there is a lot of senior gringo and the facilities are not good they are very changable even in low season rates are affordable prices so they offer us we did not return.

Con frecuencia viajo a Bucerías por motivos de trabajo, hasta ahora el hotel palmeras es donde mejor lo he pasado. Me reciben como en mi casa, el lugar es limpio y su personal es súper atento. Muy recomendable el lugar a una cuadra de la playa y de varios restaurantes.

El hotel es muy silencioso, las avitaciones tienen aire acondicionado la verdad esta muy agusto, el hotel no está frente al mar pero tiene vista a el todo muy bien.
