Hotel Colonial

The hotel provides private on-site parking. Guests note that it is fairly small, but sufficient to accommodate vehicles. Using the parking area is especially convenient during the off-season.

Guest opinions about the staff are mixed. Many describe the team as very kind, attentive, and welcoming, giving their service top marks. At the same time, there are complaints about the rudeness of some front desk staff. There is also a report of an extremely negative review regarding money stolen from a room and a lack of assistance from the manager and owner in resolving the issue.

Guests advise that the hotel does not accept credit or debit cards. Payment must be made in cash.

The hotel does not offer room service or an on-site kitchen, so guests are recommended to visit dining establishments in the town center. However, reviews mention that drinking water is provided for guests.

The hotel provides Wi-Fi access, which works fairly reliably and allows guests to work remotely comfortably.

Soundproofing at the hotel is poor. Guests note that the rooms are not well-isolated from noise, which may be an issue for light sleepers. Fan noise that can interfere with falling asleep is also mentioned.

The condition of the furniture and beds elicits mixed impressions. Some guests find the rooms comfortable, while others complain about old mattresses that squeak or sag, leading to poor sleep quality. There were also complaints about the poor condition of lumpy pillows.

Cleanliness is one of the hotel's main strengths. Most guests note that the rooms, hallways, and facilities are very clean, well-maintained, and dust-free. It is evident that the property is regularly cared for and maintained.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, which can cause discomfort in hot weather since natural ventilation through the windows is insufficient. Fans are installed in the rooms, although they can be quite noisy.

Rooms are equipped with a basic set of amenities: hot water, TVs (including Smart TVs with access to Netflix, Prime, and Roku), and fans. Some guests noted the spaciousness of the rooms. However, there were instances of damaged equipment, such as a cracked plasma TV screen.

The hotel has a quiet, modest, and cozy colonial-style atmosphere. Guests enjoy the feeling of a "rustic" awakening to the sound of bells. The property is well-suited for those looking for a simple, budget-friendly option for rest and sleep.
