Horrible, dirty and very old rooms
All the noise from the reception is heard and the TV is not served.

PESIMO PLACE
Nothing to see what you pay with what they offer you, pay for a Deluxe room and they gave me a simple, dirty and unhealthy room, you can't make one of the TV because it has no signal.

To order reports, I called and they responded very despots who could not take care of me, put as a great place but the staff is very rude.

I do not recommend the place. Since we arrived the lord that serves is rude. It seems to be "funny" and makes comments uncomfortable and out of place. The room had no hot water and the bathroom had smell of dog. The room that we had was "Francisca" near the reception and there was a lot of noise all the time. For the price I recommend best an inn near the center, are more hygienic, more quiet and with better services.

A quiet, nice and very nice place to spend a few days with your dogs, excellent attention from Javier, his wife and all the staff. The food in the delicious restaurant. Kind people. I did a last minute reservation after booking another hotel that was a mess. Im glad I ended up staying in this hotel: 1. The costumer service is excellent! 2. Dogs have a beautiful big green area to run. 3. Doggie pool right next to the human pool which by the way is really clean. 4. They have a menu for dogs. 5. There is a bed for your dog in the room. 6. Bathrooms are clean. 7. Drinks are great! Overall this heavenly place exceeded my expectations. Fam will be coming whenever they want to relax.

“WE CAN'T SLEEP”
The Hotel is very nice. They have few rooms (a favourable aspect). Only that we had the room “Francisca” (behind the reception). We could not sleep almost nothing, heard a lot of noise during the night: — noise from dogs, cars and horses that passed by outside on the street (the fourth street). — noise from the people staying in the room above. — the guests hit the doors instead of closing them with caution not to make noise and down the stairs making a lot of noise. — we heard a lot about the bell of the reception from very early on. — put the music at 9:28am very strong and after several minutes he lowered the volume. I recommend that you do not give them the two rooms that are on the floor of the reception if you want to rest. I suggest also put a fan in the rooms, because we had to heat during the day and night and will not open the window to avoid the noise from the outside (so they can minimize the noise) and changing the bed mattress because it is very hard. Like to check out the blankets and pillows before putting them on because they played stained. It is what they call the hook… The place is beautiful but the pool of dogs is in the end dirty and the main in addition to dirty.
