If I could give you 0 stars, I would, know I'm from Peru, conducted workshop in Mexico and other countries, then I requested a quote in this hotel, because the tour ends in Cuernavaca, and I never received your mail, I called to ask again and I was told to wait for Get to my mail, because it's been 5 days, are informal, do not want to have recognition, as to the service they offer, I do not think, because they did not even take me, in mind!

The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the services are excellent, they bill fast, Internet fast, hot water, the only bad thing is that the parking lot is very small, does not cover the demand of guests.

Soy cliente frecuente del Rua y es por qué es práctico y económico. Es limpio y está muy bien ubicado. La comida del restaurante es muy buena, sobre todo la chapata de pollo con chipotle. Super recomendable.

El servicio es excelente y las habitaciones son muy comodas, hacia falta un poco de aire ya que el calor es bastante, lo unico negativo fes el estacionamiento que es muy pequeño, con mi suburban habia problema para estacionarse bien.

The hotel is beautiful despite having to climb the stairs outside the hotel, the pool is small. They Don't sell alcohol. No Breakfast for guests. The air conditioner In my room was not working, the TV in my family room did not work. Very small rooms.

Very good place to escape to rest, the bathrooms could improve as far as the smell and a door. Good Food and good care. If I would return.
