Everything is perfect, a very nice place, it is one of my favorite places in Uruapan.

Staff is very attentive, total comfort directly in front of town center where the Morelos monument is located. Great views from the 5 and higher floors… I suggest rooms facing Ocampo street, where the morning sun rays will initiate your day. The restaurant has good food choices, the gym has a good variety of machines and weights, with a nice courtyard on the 6th floor. For a better experience I recommend a junior suit or higher. For you late night Owls, theres an awesome taco shop next door to keep your early am appetite in check after a good night life! Live and let Live.

The things we always look for is quick service, no hassles, good water pressure, good Wi-Fi, and attentiveness. We were right in the center of the plaza, so we had access to many things, but as an American traveler, you want to seize your time and experience. They were quick to assess our needs and suggest options. There were no pointing to or "I don't know" responses. "Let me call someone that can help you" We were never left out in the cold. Sure, there were small nuances, like somebody should've told us the sugar packets and filters were inside the coffee bag provided. But nothing we couldn't fix or ruin our stay.

Its superb location in the center of the city, very close to the national Park besides allowing you to make from this point walking tours of the beautiful popular places of this lovely city. The Plaza Hotel is located in a good section of the central area, besides having parking, allowing you to have easy and effective access, not to mention that the food they serve is quite good.

Very Good Hotel. Downtown… Comfortable… Just be careful that you are staying near the bar next door because the music is very high and you are not going to let them sleep. Let's Hope they solve that soon.
