The staff is nice, the rooms are clean but antique, very few outlets causing people to struggle over them. Everything else is very good.

The rooms are very small. The entrance is a little awkward because it's stairs down. Very central and clean.

A cool place I would wish to visit again and again. Thanks for the good service.

The Obelisk Suites are more comparable to apartments, than a hotel. My room was at least 800 square feet or larger. Units have bedroom, bath, dining and living rooms, and a kitchen, and are built around short open-air corridors with the elevator in the center. Be aware of the location of the gym because if your room is close, you may be awoken early by gym machine noises. The breakfast is complimentary; local dishes like chilaquiles are on the menu and the coffee is excellent. International travelers should always avoid ingesting any tap water even when showering or brushing teeth. This is not a reflection of the cleanliness of this hotel, which was good in every respect.

Very good attention was only a job appointment and was attended by bn gave me all the necessary info and helped me.

The service of the event halls is excellent, and that is due to the warmth and service of the ladies in charge… Everyone is friendly, from the door cop, the waiters, the housekeeping staff… It shows that they work with pleasure, they always bring a smile, they say goodbye or greet with a smile and that makes the stay in the place very pleasant. The facilities are very nice but the quality of the work staff and the service is unmatched, congratulations to the whole work team…

It is a very good place to get to stay, in which people treat you first and it is up to the best hotel in the area and more.

Doesn't have air conditioning units on rooms. Wi-Fi is limited, no coffee maker, no fridge, it had a pedestal fan which would not even rotate also the safe was not attached neither wall nor floor so anybody would walk out with it. Exceptional location. I would not recommend it in summer.

Good facilities, very comfortable. I hope they will start breakfast on Sundays at 7 am.

The good thing about this hotel is the location, besides that is much better and cheaper a holiday inn.

Great place in one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico city. Close to the zoo, the lake, the national auditorium and Reforma, the most known street in town.

Friendly staff but the room was dated with no air conditioning or fan to circulate the air. The kitchen was noisy, echoing until 11pm. No iron board, hair dryer or safe. Although they offer room service, they had no menu in the room. Great location, good price but think twice before selecting this hotel.

Like the kitchen and the tools, the room also nice, quiete expensive, but located in very good area.

Decent but NOISE problems (from maid buckets and mops in the morning to loud guests and street noise at night).

Think Courtyards by Marriott. No ironing boards though. Breakfast included but meh… Not so good. Helpful staff, good location, near business center. Cheaper than anything you'll find in the area.

Nice suites in the heart of polanco.

Room windows face the hallway wich is usually noisy with street noise, trash collector etc… In the morning at the restaurant we had to leave with out breakfast for the lack of service.

No ac. You can open your window, but then anyone can get into your room. Very lumpy bead.

Excellent Hotel, lived for a long time and I felt at home.
