Very good location, clean, excellent treatment.

Newly remodeled. Clean, attractive and comfortable rooms. Something side of the hotel so shaky but nothing serious or serious. It's an old hotel, but the rooms are sensational. Good restaurant, everything is delicious. It's not fancy but it's worth it. It makes me a bit expensive the rate but for practicality and location it is worth it.

Clean, but windows and walls are very thin… hard to sleep with all the noise. Last night at the hotel, there was so much noise (like a compressor feeling something with air) in a middle of the night (around 1am) that I couldn't sleep. It is a hotel with the three "B": well located, cheap and nice; The staff is very friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant is very full, rich and less than $100. The only drawbacks is that the Wi-Fi signal is bad and the beds are a bit harsh but it is offset by the cheap prices.

Good price, clean, good service, but lack AC so found myself lacking some oxigen. The area its a bit scary at night!, some electronic stuff of the room was did not work, still general great deal in my opinion. Not that far from the main downtown area, alevator feels a bit creepy at times, the air filter on the bathroom made a lot of noise in my opinion. Rooms feelt new and clean.

Great budget hotel with excellent service, manager Juan is very helpful guy. Helped us tremendously, gave us direction, tips, things to do etc. Very convenient location, close to metro, famous San Juan mercado. Hotel's restaurant is pretty good too. I will recommend this hotel.

For the price we paid, it was surprisingly very clean and decent. We stayed for a week and it is in a good location — walkable distance to city square, the metro, the market, and a corner away from the best street vendor (Felix). The only thing I did not like was the bed. It was too hard for my comfort, but I would recommend the place.

The menu at waned a bit. Monotonous environment. Good attention. But the food 2, 3. The good attention of the waiters. The average sucker older waiter. It is encabrona when you do not like the menu. The "younger" waiter named Luis Medina is more lightened.

The hotel outside looks like motel, does not have air conditioning but not feel both heat (stay in spring), has basic services such as cable tv, hot water, Wi-Fi and clean daily room making change of towels, linens and amenities. Its staff is not expected in tourist services but they are not rude.
(On calle Luis Moya) course at night is very dark and gives appearance of insecurity but continually pass patrols. The hotel is located between the stations of metro Balderas and water jump (recommend to get in Balderas, at another station there too Peddler).

Besides the excellent location, it has parking and very close to the Centre as well as have a good price as the room is at 350. Simple 00. Food is not the great wonder, but it happens.

My husband and I stayed here 9 nights, and thoroughly recommend this hotel. Only 15 minutes' walk from the historical centre, and 5 minutes' walk to a metro station, taking you anywhere in the city. Perfectly clean and spacious room, comfy and large bed. If you stay, you ought to try the cafe down the road for breakfast (with the sunflower on the sign). Excellent coffee, orange juice and hot cakes.
