The location of the hotel is excellent for touring the historic center, is very central. The room quite spacious and with good lighting. The breakfasts are delicious and light, thanks to the staff for attention. I hope to return soon.

Room was fine. Breakfast was tasty, but there are not enough tables. We were on time, so no problems for us. Hotel is beautiful to see. English is challenging for employees sometimes.

They offer us a king size room but the bed wasn't king size. Also the pillows are not comfortable. They offer free breakfast and it is really good. The hotel location is near many interesting places.

The hotel itself is very clean. The employees are not very helpful when you don’t speak Spanish. I stayed there 6 nights and I normally don’t complain about things. But sometimes I was annoyed of their behavior. Room maids were very good at what they do. There is a restaurant and supposed to be free breakfast. They found ways to charge for it. There was suppose to be a shuttle from the airport but there wasn’t. From the airport take the metro to Revolucion on the blue line. It’s well situated from attractions. The best way to get about is the metro. It works per ride. Each ride was approximately $0.27cents. They are very efficient.

A decent otelchik on their three stars) stayed for three nights) overall satisfied, especially the location) consider that you live almost in the center) one minus is the breakfasts. No buffet. We arrive in the morning and order on the spot. We waited for 40 minutes so we had to go on a tour hungry and not having time to eat. So count the time.

The best hotel to stay. Starting with the excellent attention of the staff who receive you and give you the information you need. The costs are pretty fair for the location. Clean and comfortable rooms for business trip as it has Internet and a desk. Dryer, soaps, clean towels, etc. Simply recommended at 100%

A very well located hotel, a few steps from the reform horse, one block from the monument to the revolution, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, the hotel staff is very friendly too, I loved being staying here. Thank you to all your friendly team.

THIEVES — expensive electric toothbrush was "thrown out" immediately after check out. Check-in staff was unfriendly, inflexible and communication was a struggle. Included breakfast was mediocre at best. Not recommended.

The room had a king size bed, it had nice style, it was clean and I spend very good night resting, I would totally recommend this hotel as well as being economical.

Excellent location next to historical center and the business district on Paseo de Reforma. Rooms are clean, but lack toiletries like toothbrush and razors. Wifi is also pretty spotty and slow. For the price, I think it's worth it for short stays.

It is a small hotel, but very cozy and nice, clean and with a location that is accessible and central, the price is also super good, to me and my family worked very well for us, is ideal for short stays. Areas of opportunity? Yes, the restaurant is super uncomfortable for those who we have children or we're not going just as a couple, in addition to that the food was not hot, I hope to be able to take into account this point. They are swindlers, I would never stay at this hotel again. Be careful! They charge things they're not. Such kindness is a farce. The worst of Mexico! This hotel.

The rooms are a bit small, but are quiet, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in my laptop, but fine in the cellphone. (You can use USB tethering from your phone to use your phone Wi-Fi in your laptop).

Very good hotel and service. Nice attention. Comfortable rooms, very good bathrooms, excellent shower. The attention of the bar is exceeded in the hour of greater influx of passengers at breakfast.

The rooms clean But the towels too old. Breakfast is good but the slow and superb attitude of the girls they serve, make the breakfast unpleasant. So I put 3 stars, are Fodongo serve food with loose hair and unhygienic.

It is a modern hotel in its inhabitants and spaces. Very comfortable rooms and quiet.
The reception is regular and breakfast is a disaster in the attention, as the breakfasts are long and do not come complete at the time. I think it will be greatly improved in attention.

Wonderful stay and clean modern room. Great location and close to main attractions downtown. There was so much within walking distance and the location felt safe.

I stayed at Plaza Revolucion Hotel The Week of Sept 28th 2017. This hotel is the best choice, affordable in an excellent location, personnel is awesome. Laundry super cheap. Breakfast is good but not too much but across the street there's a very delicious and affordable restaurant. Next time that I have to stop by the area I won't think it twice, there I'm going to stay. I forgot to say that rooms are clean they provide you with Iron if you request it and another outstanding benefit is the free parking.

Rooms are a bit small but everything else is fancy and staff is friendly and helpful.

This place was fantastic! Rooms are very clean and it's location is close to many sites (walking distance). Customer service was top notch and my wife and I always found the staff super helpful. Wi-Fi did get a bit sketchy at night but we don't travel to surf the web.

Nice room although it's very small. Breakfast is simple and can be improved. Hotel staff are friendly and the location is good.

Good location, clean, some English spoken. Just rudimential soap, shampoo and body lotion. Bed quite comfortable, no smoking throughout. Despite image no balconies at all. No buffet breakfast, eggs from limited menu which gets a bit boring after a week. Free small bottle of water each, every day. Good value for money. Free Wi-Fi. Make sure you download Uber onto your phone before travelling to Mexico City. Cars come in about 3-4 mins from calling to the hotel and are very cheap.

Great place! Right in the heart of MX City & close to everything. Loved my stay here. Hotel was clean, kind & helpful staff & delicious breakfast. I will return.

The rooms are clean but a little small. Very friendly staff however offered buffet breakfast and it was not so, there were only 2 breakfast options and small portions.

Hotel located in a small side street just steps from Paseo de la Reforma and the monument to Che "Guevara and therefore quite convenient to get around on foot. You can easily reach the airport without taking a taxi bus number 4 that serves to connect the city center with the Airport (comfortable and safe there is a policeman on board) the stop is called Museo San Carlos and is right at the end of the street where the hotel is located. The room wasn't huge, but well maintained, clean and quiet. Nice staff, good value for money.

The rooms are comfortable, the room service is very rich, but have a little bit of misleading advertising since on their website part of their promotion is that rooms are highly soundproof, and we were Admonished because of the "noise" that we used to do when you only watched tv, talking and laughter, what they wanted to charge us a Warning of $2, 000 pesos, in addition to that we were hosted for 2 nights and from the first we noticed that the air conditioning was not working and the only thing they gave us was a fan and not a room change which was due.

For easter 2016 (23 — 27 march) I booked a room from the beginning of February, a week before the date I called to confirm the reservation, which was positive. Upon arriving at the hotel the night of the 23rd of march, I indicated that my room was already occupied and I was sent to another hotel of the same chain, further away from the place, changing my itinerary. Total lack of seriousness!

I liked the hotel, very clean and the service is very good plus it's close to lots of tourist attractions, the service of tour is very good and at a good price. I recommend it widely.

Although a bit hidden, the hotel stands out from among the other buildings of the street by its elegant style and cozy, an excellent option for national and international tourists as it is located very close to the metro and the metrobus which expands the transport options; the rooms are small and cozy, the cleanliness is very good.

Sencilalmente there is NO better place in the center of the city of Mexico for that price… all perfect and no complaints.

Stayed here for a few nights. In a good location 10 minutes walk from the historic center and easy access to Avenida la reforma and public transport. Area is very quiet at night so easy to sleep. Good Wi-Fi and modern rooms.
