The Wi-Fi is lousy, the hotel is very deteriorated, the TV is super bad and not seen.
The room smells of humidity, not enough connections, when they arrived there were some dirty underwear under the bed…
Q Bone Cleaning is lousy.

It is old, has not modernized anything, few electrical contacts to turn on I do not say your gadgets, people like me who use a CPAP (sleep Apnea treatment) I could not connect for the same, do not rest. The TV is old, you only see some local channels, I was told it was familiar and there are channels of pornography. The towels very ' nejas ' and rough. The old carpet, in my stay did not work the elevator and there were electrical failures, took to give me a bill. It's not worth what I paid, I'd give them $200 and no $499.00

It's a motel. There are transvestites and Protitutas on every corner since 5pm. 0 recommended. It smells of pure rust and they use it as a step hotel.

Very good, warmth, friendliness, excellent location, good food there is no doubt that people make every place better thanks to all the hotel employees for commitment to the guests!

The rooms are very nice even they are excellent as far as the price the Serbian is excellent but the price of the restaurant is expensive. It is well located in the city but is between a street "bad death" so to speak.

A disappointment, as tourists asked to please keep our luggage for a few hours, as our bus to another city came out later, and refused to do so and did not even offer a solution. One who is new in the city and does not know the minimum you expect is to orient it. But in this hotel they only refused and were indifferent to our request. And not only that, the attention and manner of responding was lousy. I don't recommend it.

Very old furniture, very worn carpets, the restaurant service has many shortcomings, the cleaning service is the only redeemable of the place, they have to remodel the place definitely, the cost per room is high.

Economic good and close to the center, Reform and Monument to the revolution. Two metro stations nearby.

Big room, closet full restroom huge bed but the tvs are stil in the 90s no biggie unless your tryin to watch some good shows.

Very expensive for the disgust of stay I had. The room smelled like cigar, there are very bad looking guests who are drugged in there, abounds prostitution in the area, as advertised on the internet, is a decent hotel, tourism, but that is false, is a motel of bad death.

The receptionist is rude to the worst, treats worse than if we were in his country to the people…

Well, it's not 5 stars, much less!, but for the traveler who needs a place to rest and take a bath is enough!, very central, to walk to all sides of the city center, Sn. Cosme and its surroundings, although modest rooms are always clean and affordable for the traveler!

It lacks better presentation to the facade, rooms a little more modern… the attention of the forgiving very well.

Not the best place but it's not bad. This is my second time here. There's "ladies" of the night just across the street but I've never had any problems here and I've stayed a week and 2 weeks here. It's older but it's cheap and it's a place to sleep and close to everything.

Nice room with super-sized bed, staff were friendly and helpful, location is excellent, the only downside was the breakfast which was poor. Recommended.

Room and beds are big. It's more of a motel feel than a hotel. The TV was an old crappy one. You couldn't even see the channels. They had 3 different Wi-Fis but all would have the signal go in and out constantly.

Was a nice place, service was excellent all waiters had the best actitud!

It's in a great location, maybe a little shady at night with women of the night on the streets. The hot water pressure was the best and the internet was pretty good. They change all your linens daily and clean very well. The staff is great (no english). Who can beat all this for $14 a night?

If you're only going of step is excellent. The people are very kind service. Rooms are not the most luxurious and carpets should be neat and clean. By the price of the room in general should be more careful. The area although it is not the most secure, knowing not getting where is accessible to many tourist parts of the city even to walk no more than 10 or 15 mins.

I went to try their menu executive and it was very tasty and enough for a very affordable price.

One of the worst hotels, because its rooms are poor, they don't even have safe for guests, which led them "lose me" $500.00 in the span of time in which I was not and only had access the maid to clean. Wifi serves sometimes and sometimes not, television is ancient and are very few channels, has low light on the outside, as well as sexoservidoras by its surroundings, the treatment has been little but for me it is one of the worst hotels in CDMX.

The Hotel is more or less, but the area in the evening gets something heavy, in that there are many women/men of the gallant life. The price of the hotel is $449, made me cheap.
