The stay in the Hotel Cuba, was too pleasant for me since the service offered within this facility is of an immeasurable liking, for its location it is very easy to access any point of the city, hygienic and very nice rooms, therefore I highly recommend the place within it.

Pesimo service. I changed my hotel because there I denied the towels, they took them to the did next.
The charge was more than I had booked.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the receptionist was very friendly.
Yesterday, June 8th, 2018 I went out to eat, a storm fell, leave the window open, from my room, when I arrived I saw that the floor was wet, let the reception to do the favor of going up to clean and with a voice muuuuyyyy annoying me answered the receptionist … There's no one who can go clean, it's tomorrow after 10:00 A. M. The storm was at 8:00 pm.
I'll never go back to that hotel. I don't pondrip any stars, but to piblique my comment, I have to.

Very bad service, the bathroom did not serve and the reception with a rather unpleasant attitude.

Very good hotel at good price, you have what it takes if you just want to rest, although the sheets are a bit uncomfortable and the shower is a little poorly located.

The place is nice, very affordable prices. I don't give it 5 because whenever you call to book they say there are no rooms available.

The place is beautiful and very central, you have to be behind the staff to clean the room and you put clean towels and other items. They do not have air and it is very hot and the guests of other rooms do not let you rest, with the scandal they make screaming and talking all night, there is Wi-Fi but lousy connection…

The hotel building is quite old and compared to poor services they charge 480 pesos which I will not recommend spending at cuba. The Wi-Fi was terrible or I can say it was not working and no fan or air conditioner in mid march hot season. Hope this information helps.

All very clean, they were very friendly, but the internet did not work.

Comfortable, austere but very clean.

The place is nice, only the cleaning waiter is very grocero. And unfortunately the manager, did nothing to apologize or rebuke the conduct. Well, I'm trying to get myself out of the parking lot in a challenging, challenging way.

If you're looking for a place to stay near the centric zone of Cdmx, this is the place for you. I stayed there for the night and it provides everything to be on a lovely vacation, also the prices are god.

Good location.

I will give it with luxury detail, my experience as I see it has positive and negative comments.
First of all… When entering the reception, the atmosphere feels quite nice and familiar. There's music in the hallways that obviously go off in the night.
The Night shift receptionist (around 9pm) is quite nice, I remember even joking about being filling out the room use form and he explained absolutely everything I needed to know.
The room I stayed was simple and had a cost of 530 pesos. It is 200 extra pesos for the remote control, which are returned when you finish your stay.
It has an elevator and the key is a card.
You can get in and out of the hotel without having to leave the key at reception as in other hotels.
Now let's talk about the room; It's not very big, but to spend the night, the end or even a week, it's pretty good.
The bed could be maybe a little more comfortable and the blankets a little more for the cold.
In the whole room there are only 2 contacts so bring multicontact if you will stay here, one in the bathroom and the other next to the door, the Wi Fi is not the best of all, but serves the basics. The bathroom is a little small and the sink is quite uncomfortable as the key is very attached. You get just 1 roll of paper.
But to tell you the truth, all this is acceptable and the place is quite nice to spend the night.

Had trouble at a restaurant nearby, and the street was under construction.

Had a Lancôme eyeliner stolen.

It was a nice experience but, the food need a harder work on it.

It's nice for some reunion, like regular but in a good place in Mexico City downtown.

Well, Hotel cuba is a good placer formar vacation, it was easy understand the directions for go yo the hotel and the rooms are very clean.

They didn't respect my reservations as is and I was still yelled at by the manager and the receptionist. Dirty and smelling bad.

The service was good but the bathroom floor had obviously not been cleaned.

If what you want is a budget hotel and well located, this is the best option.

The truth is something far away from the socket, the bathroom is very small, and to come up with the family is very far away from everything.

If you want something cheap and comfortable no-frills or TV is the best option. Besides being in the heart of the CDMX.

A hotel very economical in the centre but of course it is not very luxurious, on the contrary you are missing details in the room leg it to look more aesthetic.

A good option if you have the intention of going to step or not. It is clean although not so spacious.

The room was not clean and the bathroom is very small, in general it is comfortable but it had these details.

A clean hotel of excellent quality, and accuracy in the service of the attentive staff, gracious and polite, well-located and economically competitive with three-star hotels, do not change, nor compare it.

But that people more arrogant, a mistake was made on my reservation and also I gritonearon had to stay to sleep there because there is no way that in the street, that same evening, book in another hotel and there stay the thing I went out that same morning. Pesimo, until I found some underwear in the window, I'm not going to stand there or even if I will pay for it.

Good prices, very clean, good location.

Is economic, we came at 260.00 or 270.00 room with two double beds, although there were more simple I think 120 or 140. There are TV analog (no signal), hot water on set schedules. The a side (princes) is cheaper but is a swill because it smells bad, doors not well closed, maintenance-free, do not give bath towel, many drains uncovered and to top that off they say they are not responsible for valuables which have not been in charge in the administration.

The hotel is very clean and pleasant and the care is excellent by your staff especially the receptionist Yesenia, the truth is a good hotel and my favourite in D. F.

Very father's place, but for the regios, here do not know the minisplit, the same fresh "cooled the room", but still get hot in the fourth.

Excellent rooms, very good deal, with parking, very clean and right in the center. For only $320, I definitely go back to stay here.

The really bad service and then the elevator is in repair and I was sent up to the fourth floor and it was a can these go up and down I would not recommend it.
