Rooms with cockroaches, terrible service by management we have no answer, really extremely uncomfortable since we have been moved 2 times from room and we are still not at ease, unfortunately it is a place that we do not recommend since they do not give solution to the tourist where more should take care of customers for being in pandemic.

The location, service and the breakfast were all perfect for our first trip to Mexico DF.

Poor treatment from the prepotent and rude receptionists, I don't recommend it. Fortunately I decided to retire and look for another option and how good I did… I was saved from the "bed bugs" that in so many comments it is said that there is on the mattresses, pity before the current administration was different, at least there was hygiene and good treatment … hotel crap, definitive I never come back… there are better options in the area and at better prices, I recommend Gillow hotel, Hotel rioja, Hotel Castropol, Hotel Catedral…

Really super-bad service, the receptionists super rude, especially Veronica, the rooms are super small and winged, there is a bar which has music on high all night so you cannot sleep and the channels of the television are not, so definitely do not recommend it for anything.

Workers were very kind. Rooms were clean and had no issues concerning restrooms or cleansliness in general. In the center of downtown with spectacular nearby places and stores to shop at.

The hotel is central and nice but the room I stayed (302) has flaw in the window so it felt very cold. The bathroom and the room is small. Breakfast Basto, has metro lines close to the property.

A hotel with an excellent location, very close to the Zocalo. The building is old, the room where I stay was small but comfortable, it was clean just like the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice. The price pretty good in relation to the centric of its location. I stayed for five days and all very well.

All is simple but the experience is warm and great. Fulfill all the purposes of Wich I go that place.

The hotel is clean and nice, water is hot and has good pressure, but the rooms are too small, and don't have AC, the doors close at night and you have to wait for the staff to open when you arrive, if you don't want to spend a lot and just have a place to sleep is perfect.

They so need a renovation! Everything it's so old and they don't even have an A/C. Furthermore, we couldn't even open the windows at night because a lot of mosquitos would get in, so you could only imagine how we were without an A/C and unable to get fresh air. The only good thing about the hotel is that is closed to the zocalo, but THAT'S IT! After staying over at that hotel next time I won't mind paying for a little more expensive place.

Very small dark humid rooms. The shower is almost above the toilet, when you shower the whole bathroom floor stays wet forever. The sheets were like umbrella fabric. No ac. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. Pretty much a place to stay only if you're in need of a place to crash for one night. The staff was very uninterested.
