The hotel is very good just like the service of the staff as they are very friendly. The cleanliness is excellent including bathrooms. The showrooms/courses are in very good condition and there is constant attention from the staff. The room buffer service is pretty good so there is a good cost benefit ratio. Dishes rich and with excellent flavor. The parking service somewhat deficient although functional, bad, not free for all $20 bucks the hour. The points of improvement: The facilities are nice, in good condition and clean, however give the impression that they have not remodeled for 30 years, give an atmosphere of the 80 's. The building vibrates by the movement of heavy vehicles so you have the feeling that the building of 7 floors is flimsy. The only bad thing, the area in which it is located.

I encatoooooooooooooooooooo super well located, and even I touched a tremor there did not feel much and the staff is well trained for such situations. Very attentive all widely recommendations for them. I love them in the kitchen they treated me like a queen.

The lounges for lectures and conferences are acceptable although the seats could be more comfortable. The facilities of the hotel are good, the parking is moderately crowded during the congresses and the food in the restaurant is of good taste and for varied tastes. It has a very good location to be on one of the most important avenues in the city.

The staff is very friendly and the food in the buffet is very varied and tasty (the Seafood Fridays are tradition). The rooms are comfortable and clean, the coffee service is complete and is always being attended by very friendly waiters. I like the way in which the spaces in the classrooms can adapt to the needs of the events and before any change there is always very good disposition to adapt. The parking places are small but I have not had a problem with my car.

A pretty comfortable place to stay as long as you need. Clean and tidy rooms. The Buffe quite wide and very good the food. The hotel is quite safe, for the elevator you must put your card and you can only go to your floor and gym!

Its a good place to stay, the room is clean and comfortable. I chose 3 stars because the customer service could be better, the shower definitely need a upgrade (the water flow is too small and slow) and the breakfast start only at 06:30 — I had a morning flight so I couldn't had Breakfast there.

Awesome staff at the bar and restaurant. Front desk people needs improvement specially the younger ladies Security was always on top of every detail and very prompt doing rounds every 2 hours all throughout the hotel this made the stay feel a whole lot more safe. Thank you guys!

Just stayed there for 4 hours because of delayed flight. Room seemed clean.

The rooms are in excellent condition, the bathroom (at least of the double room with living room) is beautiful and very helpful since there are several mirrors and washbasins, ideal when sharing room with 2 persons. Staff all very helpful.

The location is excellent, allows you to scroll quickly to the surroundings without having to deal with traffic jams.

You should be more simpatic and smile more frequently… and you should receive the guests outside… do not wait until the guest are comming inside of the hotel.

The hotel is old as well as the furniture all looks very worn. I've had to stay on several occasions and the last slow hot water almost an hour with the open-end wrench… We call so they sorted out but the only thing we were told was that as nobody was bathing he would soon leave. And a time wasting water… At the end we could not bathe us because we had an appointment. Very bad service.

Una habitación muy amplia y cómoda, creo que de las más grandes del hotel, con jacuzzi. El único pequeño detalle que tiene es que no entra mucha luz del sol, lo que la hace un tanto oscura. Además no tiene una vista interesante, pero enfatizó que simplemente por el tamaño me gustó. El hotel está en excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de la estación Ermita del metro. El servicio muy bueno, aunque tuve que hacer reserva por internet a pesar de ya llevar dos noches hospedado no me dieron en la recepción la mejor tarifa. Tiene un restaurante aceptable, con buffet para el desayuno bueno pero muy caro.

Extraordinario servicio. La unica desventaja es que se encuentra en una zona un poc conflictiva de la ciudad. Fuera de eso un hotel con todos los servicios.

It is always a pleasure to stay at a holiday inn, the price is not the cheapest of hotels in the city but it is not so high as to be unattainable.

The service is top quality. The rooms are well distributed and make you feel not stacked. Very fresh and clean. It is worth to rent even a step.

The customer service is excellent, the facilities are good category and spacious enough to share without feeling crowded. We went here one night after a party. Worth every penny.
