Nothing recommended.

The terrace, even if you are not a guest, is definitely a great place to have a drink. Maybe not more than 3, because it ain't cheap and the service is kinda slow. It gets crowded quite early so be sure to go there before your night out.

Too bad it's such a nice place and the phone center is so decadent, super rude people answering their phones.

Went to the rooftop It was nice but looking a bit tatty with a few broken chairs. It could use a clean and tidy Food and drinks were good… Cheap by US standards. Good service también.

Nice terrace to go chat with friends. The dress is casual (jeans and blouse). Prices are not high $1, 500 a bottle of tequila with mixers. They have valet parking but there is always room in surrounding streets.

Trendy, minimalist hotel. Good food. Friendly staff. Beds are a bit stiff for my taste, but not horrible.

Kinda hip, the place where when you finally get a drink, you're supposed to be f'en grateful the staff actually waited on you. Best if you're with a sexy group buying bottle service. But that's anywhere, right?

Overrated place in my opinion. You can look at my history and see that I don't really give bad reviews. However, this place just rubbed me the wrong way. I had heard that the terrace was amazing so we decided to check it out, we were informed that there would be a wait and we could wait downstairs in the patio, which we did. We got a couple of cocktails off an uninspired menu and waited an hour. When we were finally sent upstairs the rude host walked right past us and gave our table to another couple coming upstairs. We told him that was our table and that we had been waiting for an hour downstairs. He seemed to not know what to do and sat us on some tiny stools by the bar. They set up a table right in the sun and sat us down there after about 10 minutes. Once actually seated at the terrace it took about 20 minutes to place an order and another 20 to get another mediocre drink. The view was nice but directly in the sun with no refreshment or shade is pretty intense. The place was understaffed and underwhelming. With so many amazing options in CDMX I would pass.

In this review I express only the restaurant that is on the terrace, which is very nice, with an amazing view and delicious drinks, the only aspect to improve is the attention of the waiters. It is a very quiet place in the heart of the city that offers a great variety of drinks and a panoramic view of the city.

A super place to stay in the heart of the city with nearby places and a spectacular terrace where you can enjoy a sunny day in the company of your friends or enjoy a place to make earrings if your stay is working. It has additional services like bicycle loans to know the surroundings or transport services v. I. P.

If you are visiting in Mexico City, it is basic to go to colonies like the Countess or Rome, since these there do not visit this place at least to take or eat something is something you can regret, excellent view, a place with an excellent architectural design, and quality in its services, excellent experience.

The service is regular, for what they charge. There are no separate accounts, sometimes they forget what you order. There are no reservations and generally there are a lot of people waiting. It's not worth as much as it seems. It's very expensive. For that visa, I prefer miralto, just as expensive but the view is a million times better. I wouldn't love to go back.

Excellent service. The conditions of the hotel are unbeatable. The place is cute and makes you feel at home. They are also altruistic people who supported the brigades during the past earthquake of September 19, 2017.

A beautiful group hotel inhabits, with excellent service and attention of all its employees and very good views for photos. It has a restaurant with good food. It is luxurious and offers rates in dollars.

I love the Açai Bowl, the design of the place is amazing to go with friends or to go and work very at ease, their closed spaces are lent to do work meetings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooftop bar it's amazing, I only didn't like they didn't have this boca Negra beer but the rest it's great also the staff is very friendly.

Hello, this is a hotel that is very old and in a state of disrepair, I would like you to add real photos to be able to show you the deplorable conditions of this hotel, such as: rate of bath with rust and super old, in addition to leaks, the floor of the shower party, light bulbs out, doors of the bathroom and the bedroom broken)
However, the attention is not good, in a few words sell very well and but clearly that is not what one expects, since they are paid 6500.00 me by night, and not even offer a bottle of water to their guests. In short this hotel is a scam I would not recommend, there are better hotels in the Cd of Mexico, and at half the price, and another thing, not to be confused with the reviews of the bar, we are talking about the hotel. The hotel reservation service is horrible. I booked the hotel from Sep 10th to 13th. Because of the earthquake, which is a natural disaster, my colleague and I have to postpone our trip to Oct 8th in order to give our Mexican colleagues some time to help their families through this difficult times. When calling the hotel for changing dates, the hotel insisted there is no Cancellation (which we are NOT cancelling at all). And we were told that Mexico City has no earthquake and we can still come over. While our Mexican colleagues went home to help their families, it does not make sense for us to go there. We emphasized multiple times that we are not cancelling the reservation just postpone it, the hotel insisted no. At the end of three days trying to work through with the hotel, the reservation desk started to hang up our call. This is terrible experience for us, especially while we are being considerate to our Mexican Colleagues while were treated badly by Mexico hotel. Here is the cancellation policy stated in the booking "Cancellation Policy: If cancelled Condesa DF will charge a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of your reservation. No-shows will be charged the total cost of the reservation. "

Perfect location, rooms a bit small but overall great hotel and service.

We were very excited to stay here during our trip to DF. However, from the very beginning the service here was poor and continued to be bad the entire time. Other than that the rooms are unimpressive. If you're thinking about staying go to the rooftop bar instead. Still bad service, but you'll get to see all the highlights of the hotel.

The rooftop bar was a perfect spot for an afternoon cocktail. Perfect for relaxing with a group of friends.

Amazing rooftop sushi bar. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was unbelievable. Highly recommend the shrimp tacos, the margarira tamarindo, and the cheesecake for dessert.

Nice terrace overlooking the park without visual interference from buildings the waiter service is a bit slow. The cocktails are good enough. Saturdays are full, but with a little luck there is room.

The rooms are a little mistreated, but they are very nice. The Sushi-Bar on the terrace gives you a beautiful touch and makes it not necessary to leave the hotel, which is located close to everything in the Countess.

Crap service! the receptionist a vulgar and uneducated, while request les on two occasions send me my hosting bills never sent it with the excuse that they have no record of my stay there.

I had a small, private wedding reception in the suite a few years back. It was quiet, beautiful and very personal. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

What no longer works? All the comments are from years ago, or months. Does no one comment on recent visits? I have an interest in knowing him.

Sooo good restaurant. The brunch is the best in the city for my taste, and the view is beautiful. This very expensive, but worth it. The cocktail "hotel condesa" is pretty mediocre, but apart from that very rich. Only that should be avoided are private parties, which are very heavy.

Credit Card Fraud/theft — Beware. I stayed at the hotel earlier this year and they charged my card after I paid cash for my stay. The manager, Mario Nadal, refused to admit that one of his employees had pocketed my money and charged my card that I had left for incidentals after I checked out. Although, American Express found in my favor, they require the merchant to initiate the refund, which Mario Nadal refused to do on behalf of the Hotel Condesa. He had no signed credit card statement from me and I had proof of paying for cash. I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. They are dishonest and do not deserve your business. Mexico City is a great city with many superior options where you will not be robbed or taken advantage of.

The terrace of the hotel is luxury. You can enjoy quite when the day is sunny and want to rest and take a rich piña colada or a beer. The hotel in general is amazing.

The amazing view, really recommend it to go to precopear. The martinis are delicious! There is special so ask the waiter to make recommend them one. Enjoy.

I definitely enjoyed this place, though the roof deck bar is a bit noisy on a Friday or Saturday night. I had a balcony suite, which was both beautiful and spacious. The restaurant is good, and the roof deck is a nice spot to hang out.

THE BAD: This is a boutique hotel. It's compact which means the rooms are quite small. There was a hideous bright lamp right outside our window in the first floor. We could not walk around the room naked or in undies without closing the curtains because people outside could see us. The TV sucked. THE GOOD: The service is excellent in every way. All the employees we interacted with were very attentive and nice. The hotel is stylish and beautiful and the location is perfect because you are in the middle of everything. My husband loved the decor and India Madhavi's furniture. I very much enjoyed the shower. THE BEST PART: Aside from the location we think it was the terrace lounge. Great view, comfortable set up, and great drinks. The pepino martini is a must try. And they have free Wi-Fi unlike at the W-Hotel. BOO! BTW The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas haven't returned our G-Star jacket which my husband thinks it's a super cool jacket. He made type this last couple of lines. This review is ruined. Lol.

I can only comment on the restaurant. Pretentious, overpriced, the food was ok, the service was mediocre. For what they charge, I can think of 10 other places I would rather have brunch. Oh, and they let people bring dogs in and sit at their tables. Not dogs for the blind, anyone who has a dog they feel like taking into the restaurant is welcome to do so. Pretty disgusting in my opinion.
