Everything was fine until someone took out a possession from us from the closet, we bought a 2500. Oo pesos memorabilia from our trio to the ruins on a Saturday and we noticed it was gone on Tuesday, we had the service people in and out throughout the time. Please make sure to be aware of your belongings. Thank you.

Excellent service and location. A block and a half from central mall and very close to the historic center. Close to fine arts, garibaldi square, two metro lines. They can be moved by the metro easily, in the hotel give you directions and map for ease. Breakfast is ok, if you don't get up early some things are over, but overall fine. Highly recommended.

It Is close to the historic quarter, has air conditioning, spacious room with glasses, separate spacious shower and separate toilet. Lots Of furniture for clothes. A Lot Of plugs. You flat LG.

A hotel with staff quite friendly, comfortable, somewhat small the rooms but with the necessary and tidy, an interesting design, the breakfast that the restaurant offers is good, the hallways and the rooms are kept clean and also in order.

Is a well located hotel, it is clean and personel is very servicial except the security person which is kind of rude. The parking lot has a cost which is not expected as others hotels on the same category give it as courtesy.

The rooms are comfortable, well located and the price making previous reservation is very good compared to other hotels in the area. They give even better prices for large groups, so if you have a tour, don't forget to ask at this hotel;)

Very good hotels. We booked room online with two beds and a sofa bed. On arrival we were assigned a double room without a sofa. We went back to the lobby and moved from room to bedroom with a couch. On boarding the new room the key had not been reprogrammed. I had to go back to reschedule. If something like that happens to you, don't forget to ask if your keys are already reprogrammed.
Good service. Breakfast of average quality included (only the ' egg ' is powder, so it tastes lousy).
Excellent location just one block from the Alameda, two from the Latin American Tower and Fine Arts. Walking you reach the Zócalo in 10 minutes.

Very comfortable for people who travel alone and because of business. The location is perfect, it is near of a lot of museums and emblematic places. There are a lot of good restaurants nearly.

The hotel location is great, but rooms are dirty, we got to the hotel on Sunday night and we found roaches in the room, we said okay probably was one time thing, but it did not change the next day. I called the front desk requesting a change of room but they said that did not have one available, after the third night we got a different room, and it was the same thing dirty and it look like they have not cleaned the room in days. It was a bad expereience.

The rooms are comfortable, location accessible to central places. However, the room does not have an iron or the coffee bed for ironing as in other hotels in this same chain. The bathroom is very small, and the shower is very small and anything inside gets wet so you can't have anything inside, and the nearest one is to leave the clothes on the vanity, but by the accommodating the vanity mirrors the person inside the shower when you open the door to take your clothes you see from the bedroom and this is uncomfortable.

Don't come to this place, you deserve better. Good location. Poor design of the rooms. Too expensive for the service you receive. The customer service is rare, they made me feel very uncomfortable on several occasions.

Very close to the central Alameda and in the historic center of Mexico City. Good service. The setting at night is a bit insecure.

Very cheap, great small hotel, very centrally located in a side street. Good shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are functionally equipped and very clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Unfortunately, the windows are simply glazed and do not stop any noise, both construction noise and street noise. Both go through the whole night. Recommended.

If you are looking for a hotel with comfortable rooms and close to everything in Mexico City of medium price This is a good option.

They don't have hot water, you have to be asking to turn on the boiler, you change rooms only for bathing, are of bad thought, you disrespect the security along with those who handle the vans especially the receptionist on February 16, L To tomorrow which is half racist anyway thank God there are better hotels.

Very nice hotel with a great location, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is acceptable. The parking lot is very small and has an extra cost.

They moved us from room without notice, giving me two double beds instead of a queen size that estipulé on the reservation. The place is clean and the people are friendly but the check in was taken. I did not try the included lunch as giving review. Parking is paid, in January 2018 is 80 pesos per night. The rooms are small and at certain hours it makes a lot of noise.

Rates are reasonable, but the facilities need improvement. We stayed in two different rooms over three days; the first room had horrible water pressure and the heating unit kept shutting down on its own. The second room was a bit better but the TV remote did not work and the noise and temperature insulation on the walls was not very good, since noise and cold were felt on the side of the bed close to the wall. The breakfast was decent though.

Good service, breakfast is included and all the hotel of good view, modern, with ample bedrooms and internet included, Check in at 3 pm check out at 1 pm, is very well located with Access x various means, metro or bus, taxi.

I attended a social event in the city Xpress, the salon was very well lit and the spacious space, the detail is in the weather, the heat is very close.

I liked it a lot even though we were going to sleep, but more instant coffee, I wish there were those maquinitas in the city Jr. The breakfast was very good.

We spent 2 weeks there and had a great time. The only thing with kids is that the walls are thin and sound travels easily.

The service was fine and the rooms were clean. Stayed for 3 days and it was good. One issue we had was not receiving towels when we asked, but that was only one day and one time. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

Good annotations (some) but unfortunately often suffer from technical failures. An example would be that in my room it was television or the telephone, in addition to some others wasn't the door handles. What should definitely fix is walking almost zero privacy the showers.

It is a good hotel, good facilities, but TV didn't work very well, the phone either, and the service of those who work there is not very friendly.

You have to know everything to understand my frustration with this hotel. For my family and I, it was a clean environment, I give it that. But other than that our expirence here was not good. We were originally in 2 rooms on the 7th floor and our rooms were big and comfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't work in either room and one of them had a strong sewer odor. The next morning when we spoke up, we're moved to rooms in the 3rd floor. Not only was the staff irritated but also the rooms were smaller, the tv's weren't working, the Wi-Fi wasn't working and our "keys" kept disabling. When we tried asking for our problems to be fixed they simply threw it over their shoulder, said they were working on it and refused to give us a better room. Had we not payed for those services, we wouldn't be asking for them. But we did and if we would have known how uncomfortable we were going to be here, we would have stayed at a different hotel. Other things you might want to know: -Each room does have a safe but they are not even installed in the wall or floor; anyone can come in and carry it out. -Rooms are the opposite of sound proof. You can hear everything going on outside the four walls. -Water does not drain well. Can't keep it running for more than 3 seconds. -Bathrooms were tiny. Shower, toilet and sink were all separate. -When lighting candles we forgot we were in a closed room and before we noticed it the "firework candles" filled the whole room with smoke.

Modern, well located, minor improvements required: English level of some staff members. Wi-Fi was slow Sink didn't drain well 1 English TV channel Some renovations still in progress.

An elevator, and I asked my Bill 3 times and not sent it me, we rose at 1 am to pick up a plate, the taxi put us a worsted and not return the change because not bring fair, this year I was very bad, ahh and cut light, clear told us 1 min before, to prepare. Plane I do not return.

Lousy service, constant maintenance, do not leave out of service rooms in halls, freshly painted, so you have to endure the smell. If you ask for room change, because of this, they tell you that there is available.
The billing is terrible, lead controls manually.

What's breakfast if it would be good to make it a little better and what its lift q in your journey there are moments q trembles and the other is in maintenance. The rooms are all good, if there is a problem you change in 10 min of room. The staff is friendly.

The worst hotel in Mexico City, slow Internet, rooms do not have cable, the hotel is newly re modeled and it seems that it was worse. There are better hotels than that.

Not really cool but this downtown and that helps a lot.
