The water from the sink was clogged up, and the shower was not so good either. The way the door is set up in the toilet is uncomfortable and a hazard. The bed was comfortable. I asked for a wake up call at 5:45 and this did not take place.

I love the free shuttle service offered by the hotel if the place you go is less than10 kilometers from the hotel. For example, the ride to the Zócalo (Cathedral and President office) is free. And they also go to pick up where you are. Excellent!

It Is well equipped, comfortable facilities and well located, the only one but I put it is the lack of a restaurant service until late 12 AM as travellers like me who arrive late to the hotel have no way to dine.

Good location. The square is (literal) across the street. A Metro bus stop right in front. Although the rooms are very small and no windows. Bad air conditioning.

Of this hotel the coolest is its excellent location. Otherwise, my experience was not the best, it is difficult to book online because even if you have been charged on card, they are reflected with too much delay and do not want to stay easily, which is quite uncomfortable because you come on a trip, you want to Rest and you still have to wait before you receive your room in what they clarify. As far as the rooms were concerned, it was a reservation for 3 people and only had one double bed, it had an armchair which was not sofa bed so you should sleep uncomfortable. Its decoration is very good, like its accessories like Frigobar, coffee maker, iron, table with two chairs, etc. But it would be ideal if I had another bed. Inside the reservation, breakfast was included, however, the restaurant was crowded and the Buffet little assortment, so when you arrive (obviously already looking forward to your food being there because you have appetite) it turns out that you have to wait or be "hunting" the Food, which is not pleasant at all. It's not the worst hotel but it does have quite a few areas to improve.

Non-ventilated rooms as the windows are sealed so they have a smell of moisture and rarefied air. The bathroom smells like a very strong pipe. The free breakfast service is insufficient, they make a security charge to your card without notifying you that it will take 20 days to reimburse you the bank. The parking is charged per night, $70 pesos, in conclusion, they can pay another hotel better do it.

Excellent hotel at a fair price attention unbeatable clean rooms on the staff I touched an excellent room I highly recommend. I have stayed on several occasions… And I will stay again!

Hotel el pésimas condiciones, baños sucios, no sale agua del lavamanos, no funciona el aire acondicionado, no te ponen toallas, no te dan servicio, teléfono roto y con falso contacto. No sé queden en City Express Buenavista del Mexico.

If you have stayed before in a city express and you liked the service, I recommend you do not visit this one as they have a very bad service.
The room does not have what they promise on the internet, it did not work nor the air conditioner, I did not get my room key, had to go to open a worker every time I wanted to get into my bedroom, and they made me waste a lot in reception.

Lousy attention. My reservation was for room with two beds and they give us a single. You enter the room and you perceive an unpleasant smell of moisture. They charge 70 pesos per parking. I had never had to pay extra fee for parking. Also with those mattresses and pillows they have is guarantee that you will not be able to rest. Under no circumstances do I ever stay there again.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean but small. It is decent and the facilities nice. It is basic and simple but it fulfills the function of comfortable accommodation.
The location is good close to Forum Buenavista Mall and Metro. The area is safe day and night.

It is a central hotel, with all services, meeting room, fitness center, internet café, restaurant service, account with single rooms, double rooms and suites are very spacious with all the services.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the stations; metro bus, Metro and train. Opposite is a nice Mall full of restaurants and fast food outlets. Not a bad hotel, clean and fairly quiet, except for the rooms that overlook the main road, Insurgents Norte which is one of the city's main streets and therefore always busy. The staff are always polite and helpful, attentive to guests ' needs. It also has a breakfast restaurant that isn't that great either as a chosen that as quality but if there is content there is no need to go out to look for a place to go. The hotel also has a room service but I can't tell you how it is, I've never tried. The master bedroom is quite large, has: bathroom with shower and wash basin, LCD television (channels obviously are in Spanish with a few in English), desk, small "closet — shelf" to store your belongings, a chest of drawers for your clothes, and a safe. The only big problem is that most of the staff doesn't parlanaltro Spanish, English even the shadow, then often becomes complicated to make themselves understood.

Very bad experience for businesses. The charge to the card since my arrival I had and would not issue my Bill for verification of expenses until they passed the days, even though as I said: I had already claimed. There was no water pressure in the shower, the hot water took much out, clogged sink, a spotlight cast on the fourth and a lamp that was false contact of the bed. The key (card) is erased daily, only I had last a time in all the other hotels. Very limited breakfast, and ham was last. Not think that is bad luck, has good facilities but that hotel with that maintenance and personal that not known the difference between guidelines internal and cuts of card and effects tax going to make that is deteriorating much in little time. Good location opposite Forum Buenavista, but still not recommend it if you want to have a carefree stay.
