Excellent atmosphere and attention.

Hotel already very old, needs an urgent remodeling. (Bed and pillows very hard, air conditioning does not work well, bathroom with leak in sink, water filtration in carpet and is wet.
They are not sanitizing the rooms as marked by the COVID theme.
Reception staff with ZERO quality of customer service (check in extremely slow (more than 15 minutes to get room, do not answer the phone, or answer it and leave you on hold more than 5 minutes, have no info at all and can not fix anything).
They turn off hotel lights and if you leave early, you see absolutely nothing in the hallways.
There is no single security element in the hotel.
Poor food quality.
ZERO Recommended by price; extremely high vs hotel quality.
The only good thing is its location regarding the things I needed to do.

The service in general is excellent I loved its cleanliness, the breakfast buffet is exquisite satisfied.

Poor service and very bad attention the valet parking leaves a lot to be desired and your car and the events that organize lousy, there is better menu in a cumshot meal.

We went to see the show of Chabelita and the service was lousy, we were served cold food and very expensive. They brought us a pitcher of naranjadas without glasses and the food without silverware.

It is terrifying the hotel. Since we expect more than 30 minutes because they say the room was dirty. The pillows are are a bag of balls! The plates and glasses from the breakfast are dirty. The blankets dirty. Dirty carpet. Was disgusted to be in the room also reeked of cigarette. The television was desprogramada and it took more than 40 minutes to fix it. We locked the car in the parking lot. Horrible.

The Hotel posessds enoumous rooms that are comfortable; big beds with very cozy blankets, soft pillows and beautiful views. Super hot water and com fortable showers as well. The building seems mordern arquitecture from the 80"s with a gfeat fountain at the entrance. Food is delicious excelent prices; you enjoy a Bruncch for 2 people only $10.00 USD. The Bar excelent service with shows such as, classical pianist. The personal super cordial; caring helpful and friendly.

The place is very very nice, apparently there are several events there, it is very nice to stay there, the only thing I saw of disadvantage was the moment to deliver the car in the parking took more than 20 minutes in abruptly.

Hotel with good location n the south of Mexico City, facilitates your access. It has a restaurant and lounges for social events. With some periodicity they perform events with musical groups and artists.

A hotel that looks old, very neat and clean, comfortable but somewhat obscure and with a taxi driver (grey Sentra) something abusive but pretty good the Hotel.

I burned the bedspread with the iron! For a change, King size. I paid the equivalent of two nights of hotel. They behaved well and I took my quilt. I'm looking for pretty patch.

I recommend this hotel 100% my stay here was great the attention of the staff and the service in the restaurant is great, the people is so nice very helpful, I love the perfume in the lobby and personally I am so in love with this please thanks to my experiences, is good connected the food is great and they have a good menu my husband and I definitely will be back in there every time we visit Mexico city. *Some rooms need more ventilation so they don't keep bad smell that could be in the blankets and curtains out of that all good!

If you want to drink our drinks quietly. Good service. Book with time the room is always saturated.

Very large Hotel, located between 2 main avenues, a couple of streets of the light train. Excellent service, has special meeting rooms to perform events.

Bad service, bad rooms, bad Wi-Fi, bad food, dirty, noisy, dark, cheap place, I guess you get exactly what you pay for : — ( Maintenance, cleaning and customer service don't seem to be part of their business.

I wouldn't go back! I don't recommend it! It has No Internet, it is expensive price/quality ratio. He had two children and strollers and the elevator never worked and had to go down from 5th floor. The hard mattress, was more comfortable the floor. Noisy, impossible to rest. I requested room change and they never did. I'll make a formal claim. Lousy attention.

It is a very good and cheap hotel, the only problem I could find is the service but everything else is very good.

There was garbage inside the room when I first came in, there's Wi-Fi but really bad signal even on the first floor. Given the low price I'd say it's a good option for a brief stay.

The hotel very comfortable and clean. But the facilities as such are already very old and obsolete. In conclusion a good hotel to reach.

For a hotel of step, it's okay. It is a problem sheet electronic door. The receptionists on check in, with carota and the receptionist at the check-out was very friendly. They lack a little bit of maintenance to the rooms.

The place is outdated. There's no air conditioning. The elevator got stuck with people inside, 3 times while I was there. We had to climb the stairs because we were afraid to use the elevators. Also, we tried to exchange dollars for pesos, and they never had Mexican currency. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Very well-kept hotel's facilities and rooms for events. The place is very accessible because of its location. Throughout the event, the hotel staff was attentive to make sure that everything went without a problem.

The bathrooms in the rooms are horrible, ugly and old. The buttons are rude and nothing nice. The only good point is the manager, is very friendly and solves all the problems.

I have been in tgis hotel before, service was great, at this time everything is like 1 start hotel, recepcionist do not have any idea about customer service, they never smile, every time you have a question looks like you are bothering them. Our room has not been cleaned an is 5 pm when I calk front desk, the answer was that is not a, specific time to clean the room. We do not have toillet paper or water, they promese that as soon as we leave the room they will come an clean. It is véy sad I always enjoy this place.
