The hotel is new, and the rooms are ok. But the people at the front desk don't speak English and the cleaning of the areas must be improved. The parking lot is crowded. Breakfast is not good.

Very nice, clean, and quiet place. Great shower pressure, air conditioning, and complementary breakfast.

I loved it, they use biodegradable bags and dishes, las. Rooms have everything you need. Excellent service. Personal. I only suggest improving their breakfasts. Good location near the North Terminal. I think it's great that you care about the environment.

Excelente atención, servicio, ubicación e instalaciones. Un hotel de excelente estándar a un precio accesible. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero cuentan con lo necesario (shampoo, jabón, agua de cortesía, toallas suaves) además de que son muy cómodas.

It's an economic hotel but the service its ok, there is a cinema next to the hotel so you can enjoy some movies.

I usually have good experiences in this hotel, but the race in particular was quite a subject, not catered to at reception, the breakfast room all dirty, the service of the bedrooms very bad… I think the hotel may be good but in this case, the manager or the person in charge of the City Express of La Raza, lacks focus on customer service…
Finally, that pass to scholarship room and you touch the door every day at 8:30 am, is terrible, there are those who work at night and if you do not answer, you open the door in the personal very bad experience.

Boa localização, quarto bem limpo, tivemos um pequeno problema no 1. Quarto pois estava com um cheiro muito forte de bolor ou algo muito fechado, e assim que falamos colocaram numa outro quarto muito melhor, atendimento da recepção muito bom.

The place is good and the rooms are clean but the service is very bad. The dinner is lousy, the breakfast is insufficient and also leave a lot of time without refilling the trays. The chauffeur of the transport tended reluctantly and left us in a place different from the one indicated. The truth a very bad experience.

Very good executive type hotel, new with many rooms, the lobby is one of the best I have seen in the City Express. The location is very good the square has good places to go for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended.

The only negative point would be the location as it is located in a populous and somewhat disordered area. It helps in something the commercial center of the next and, above all, the closeness with the station "Hospital la Raza" of the Metrobus line 3.

Overall excellent hotel But the sales manager, fatal. Great place to stay, has a shopping mall right next door, several local food sales nearby (includes breakfast) pretty quiet area:) The rooms are very clean, 100% recommended.

Is a new hotel, modern with a minimalist look. Comfortable and inside of a small shopping center with good food and even a movie theater.

Extremely clean hotel. The room and lobby always clean and front desk attendants are pleassnt. This hotel is connected to a mall and is in the second floor so there are doorman that greet you daily. The room is very basic but has all the necessary amenities and they give you two bottled waters which are replenished daily. The bed is nice and firm and the room is fairly spacious. CONS: Only one front attendance speaks English.

Excellent place. Good and nice and cheap. Ideal to rest has everything you need and more. In addition to the treatment of the staff is exceptional. Super recommended. Whether it be race, University, and insurgents. Any city is a 100% guarantee of perfection.

The truth is I became expensive and was not what we expected!

It was good, the room was so clean and beauty, and the breakfast was delicious, the only problem was when we went maked the reservation, they haven't system, and we got wait 2 hours for the room.

Excellent care, very attentive and has a mini-mall-to-side to be able to eat and to go to the movies.

Beside the hotel are nice places to eat, have to say la raza is not a fancy neigborhood. The room was in the loby floor so, it's a bit loudy. Great breakfast and general service. They even have a gym and nice common areas.

Comfortable beds and attentive staff. The AC broke during my stay but it's Mexico City. One doesn't really need AC here.

Just new but great experience so far.
