I loved the facilities I had a good treatment in my stay in the place but above all I recommend it why there are places for children and the truth that helped me quite excellent service thank you very much and I hope in other years to return.

Congratulations, all the excellent staff very friendly treatment no matter how busy they walk always serve you, and a wonderful treatment with the children.

It is a very nice, clean hotel and its food very rich, my family and I enjoyed the stay and if we recommend it, it only took a little while to give us the rooms but everything is very good👍

Beach was wonderful, food was terrible our family all got sick, room was okay… our phone never worked even after asking for a new one, drinks watered down for sure or unpleasant low end.

A great resort for all! The staff were super friendly and the service they provided was awesome! The food was tasty and there were so many choices! A special thanks to the awesome bartenders, Rohelio, Poncho, Santana and Miguel!

So hard to get food reservations. Hard beds, small adult pool. Food in buffet was bad and cold. No gym equipment I used was in working condition. People were very helpful and friendly.

We booked this hotel through WestJet Vacations as a 4 star. We submitted a review via WestJet which was settled quickly, however the Hotel itself make up excuses and wrote back with actual lies about why we asked to move rooms within minutes of opening the door to our room. We told them we had pictures and here they are. Black mould, filthy furniture, and water ingress exploding from the wall in the bathroom. The food in the restaurants was very good but the cleanliness of the whole facility makes it a "Stay Away". There are no toilets close to the 'adult hot tub pool bar' and the day we lounged there, we did not see people leave to relieve. Scary.

This is an all inclusove hotel and we enjoying out stay here very much. It is right on the beach and the staff is making sure we are enjoying our stay. Everyone has been very nice. The buffet food is okay but the desserts could better but okay. All the servers are really nice and helpful.

The service is good, but in the umbrella area on the beach the service is bad. Very late and they go around every hour. One has to go for his drinks and snacks by himself.

Terrible experience. The room was not clean, the floor was broken, the bathroom curtain was broken as well, the shower had a leaking problem and they had to replace the seals. At check in I fully paid my stay; however, at check out they charged me more and argued that they didn’t charged me the full total at check in. I will never go back and I positively do NOT recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice place, the people is very warm and friendly. The amenities are great and the kids love the pools. Some rooms seem to be old or small, but they are cozy. Besides the buffet I could only try the Japanese restaurant and the food was delicious. The place is perfect for people with kids.

Positive:
— The food is good. Good variety and good taste.

Negative:
— Old facilities and somewhat sloppy rooms.
— The family room is charged more expensive and all have street views.
— Very slippery floors, even with rubber shoes.

Wow after reading this reviews makes me wish I would had read them before hand, everything that is said bad about the place is true. Our first room didn’t cool, we got changed to the 4th top floor and it rained a couple of days well we got 2 water leak in the room, big ones we would wake up to a puddle of water each day. They didn’t have pool service, we got sick from our stomach because of the food, their drinks aren't good. The electricity went off and had to eat in the dark one day with the food cold. The only cool thing is the ship kids pool but other than that I won’t be returning there!

We had an amazing vacation with our 4 and 5 year olds. It is an ideal hotel to go with children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing night shows for kids! It was my son's birthday and they fixed his room with balloons and on Saturday they made a party for all the birthday girls with piñata and everything! Very muuuuuy father all! We'll be back there for the next vacation without a doubt.

The staff was very helpful. The resort was very run down. There were no non-motorized water sports as promised by the website. Found out on the second day of our trip that you have to make reservations for all restaurants after 3pm the day before or you don’t get in! Our family room was awful! The ac didn’t work well, our view was of the barbed-wire surrounded parking lot next door, and it smelled like an ashtray! The beach was not relaxing due to the many peddlers harassing you constantly. Not impressed!

The service is very good and the staff is very friendly. The food is varied and rich. And the beach despite being port is adequate to be able to swim. I recommend it!

The hotel infrastructure is good, they have daycare for children, the people are very friendly, the service and the attention is very good. They have several pools, overall it's a good experience. What I did not like is that the food from the main restaurant "La Palapa" for my taste is not good, there is a lot of variety, the view looks nice, but not enough salt, and that makes it not a good dish. Interestingly the desserts were very rich, the drinks more bad than good and the specialty restaurants were much better. But I didn't like the Palapas.

It is an expensive hotel despite announcing it 5 stars I would give you 3 there are better options for the same price when you arrive they offer a breakfast to offer the membership and despite asking you 90 minutes they took 3 hours without getting to anything. The staff very friendly but they take away a lot of time making you feel like you are the indisposed. The membership is given to people with revenues greater than 30000 something they do not tell you as you lost time and separately ask you 100 pesos from the start to force you to go. Good place if you expect a 3 star hotel.

Very good place! But in full occupation, everything is disorganized. They didn't have basic things like chilies, lemons, glasses! So amazing but we fought a lot.

I've been to Mexico many times fyi. This was my first visit to this city and hotel. The staff work hard and are very friendly. Its clean and the food is good. The rooms are nice and its quiet at night. The things I did notice which are negatives are; the water is not inviting as there is scum in it. Not sure what it is maybe pollution. I couldn't go in. The issue which I didn't appreciate and many others noticed it was it was difficult to book a reservation in the restaurants located in the resort. I spent hours attempting with no success. I've been here 4 days and still no luck. The restaurants are empty when you walk by. Also they hide the bacon in the buffet which for Canadians is a staple. I found this odd. You must ask for it at the omelet station. Oh well. They try hard.

The worst is the cold water in children's pool and main, few parasols for old and malfunctional beds, medium quality food low and unvaried, the cleanliness in the rooms can be improved (eg ants walking through the bathroom and sink), hotel with small spaces and careless facilities, no lounges in front of the children's pool which is very good but for babies and toddlers the water is very very cold. The air conditioning in the room vibrated a lot and it is very noisy. The service of most of the people who caters is very good, very friendly and very attentive. I do not recommend it because for the same price there are very superior options and without any detail of the above mentioned.

Wonderful care, the common areas very well maintained, the food at its point, the delicious drinks, the children's area is beautiful and super fun for the small, the rooms very clean, the staff has great treatment, the only thing to improve are the Reservations for specialty restaurants, because even though they had the empty place they were always excused with that they already had all packed.

In general my family and I received a good service, although there were some details that we did not like, example: a receptionist did not attend us in a good way, we were not explained to what we had right according to our membership, we were not welcomed, we were not Informed of the welcome breakfast, we were not told about the Wednesday tour, the bathing area is very uncomfortable, in the regular drinks bar, the penultimate day we were served a few drinks (margaritas) that tasted horrible, of course we did not take them, perhaps the staff I was in a hurry to close, because it was dark. However I must admit that some employees were very friendly, attentive and paid attention to our needs, a greeting for them.

A great holiday, facilities in excellent condition, the staff super friendly, has three restaurants, and snack all day, activities for children and family in general and bar service for the beach area and pool. Plus family night shows.

I really enjoyed the power to use the facilities even though it was not time to give us the room as well once past the check out. The buffet is good although after 2 days it is somewhat monotonous, the specialties restaurants of the best, especially the French and Italian, the bar very good (if you want you can order double of alcohol or even the bottle).
The beach daily was cleaned in the mornings as many people leave the glasses of drinks or other things. The staff of the best, do not discriminate in favor of the foreigner as the majority who were staying were. They're not getting married, it's very nice to be there, so much so that you leave a tip for gratitude.
In general very good hotel with its areas for adults only, others for children to have fun, tennis courts, football, 3 pools plus one with children's games, activities organized in the same, many lounge chairs.
Highly recommended to relax for several days.

Great hotel and staff, fun for the whole family! The food is great and all the amenities as well! But the best part is the entertainment, especially the karaoke with Irayda!
There are many activities for the kids, water slides and ziplining, games and there are pool games as well!

Great for families! If you are adults, DO NOT STAY HERE! Adults should stay next door at Crown Paradise Royal. You will have access to both resorts but you will have a better experience without all the kids around!

Overall a good resort. The people are what make it stand out. Some areas of the hotel are due for renovations: some issues with water pressure in our room were challenging and couldn't be readily fixed. We stayed on the family side: fair warning… They're can be a lot of kids and it can be loud because, well, they are kids… Including our own. (Sorry folks). At any rate, the buffet was good: plenty of options and other than some breakfasts around 9am, not too busy. The theme restaurants are okay. The Japanese restaurant would be better called "pan Asian" as there is very little of anything Japanese there (this from a person who has been to Japan and lives in Vancouver where you can't walk without tripping over a Japanese restaurant). Child Care is very handy and the women who work there deserve a shout out: big star to Lupita (Lulu) who my youngest son adored in particular. Dulce, Noemi, Esme, Ere, and Alejandra were all great with the kids and the boys enjoyed hanging out with them. Hopefully I didn't miss anybody!

Very poor service, no staff to attend * very old facilities * staff very unhelpful, not smiling * food more or less in general * very expensive for the price you Psgamos (almost 20000 for 4 nights 2 people) for the quality of service they give.

Great vacation. Very clean, well managed resort. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great service. A shout out to Francisco and the guys at the beach bar, they made us some very special drinks. Anyone coming to Puerto Vallarta take the excursion to The Rythum of the Night. Amazing!

I read bad reviews and I was worried on our first night, but food is good in buffet, give it a day to find what you like. Drinks are great, service is good, kids activities are great. Love it here. Beach is beautiful. Pools are great. My kids love the zipline. Waterslide/pirate pool is awesome. Kids club is awesome.

The pools are great especially for the kids. The food at the buffet is realy great (the taco bar is delicious). I wouldn't recommend for a honeymoon but for a family vacation I give this hotel a 9/10

Very good service, good quality food. Beware of gifts and details D weddings, they tried to disappear the memories and the tree of photos. Suggestion for the bride and groom, reserve specialty restaurant for the wedding and only pay for the waiter service. It's all inclusive but they charge you the dish to part.

We stayed Feb 18-25-18 this year. We've stayed here before, feel safe & comfortable. The rooms a clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly & speak English! Will be going back in the future. The only thing bad to say is, the "smoking area" near the beach & Tiki Bar, should have the huge umbrella secured better, when the wind picked up the umbrella blew off hitting me on the back of the head! I did report the incidence to the Concierge & he had the lifequard check me over. After the flight home, and sleeping for 48 hours, I went to the Dr to find I had a concussion & a hairline fracture in my clavicle!

I enjoyed it for the price, the rooms are cleaned very well but again for the price I say it's value for your buck. The staff is always super friendly and the food inside the buffet is delicious.

The best family Hotel, the variety of activities is impressive, both for adults, junior children and babies, already have daycare. The excellent food as well as the staff provides a 5-star service, offering personalized attention to both national and international clients. Highly recommended of course!

It is a very comfortable place to rest, the family pool is very nice and the water is very warm, the bar best attended is the Tiki where they prepare the best margaritas (in addition to asking for the special drinks of the hotel) the snack buffet is very varied In general the hotel is not to get out of there and spend a very pleasant weekend, recommended to the Porcieng cinema.

Some signs of wear but when it's operational 365 days a year for 20+ years, how can things be fixed? We enjoyed our stay and definitely would consider coming back.

My stay at this hotel my wife and I enjoyed it a lot. Staff very helpful and always happy to give the best service. The food of good standard.

I believe my husband was drugged by a bar tender. We both got travelers diarrhea mildly. While trying to enjoy beach we were constantly bothered by sales people.

The food and service in the restaurants were good but the hotel itself needs a lot of maintenance. My cousins had to change rooms three times because they kept having puddles of water by the air condition. Our door was hard to open. We also asked for towels many times and we never got them. Our rooms didn't get cleaned they just made the beds and the towels that were on the floor because they were dirty and super wet (we are by the beach so sand was the reason they were dirty), they just hung them up instead of giving us new ones. I was really disappointed with there service. I would never go back there again.

It is nice the hotel and there is very good service, however it needs a lot of investment in maintenance, you see that the owners have dropped it. We found cockroaches in the room. Not the best in relation to price-quality, but we stayed there because I would make this hotel a wedding to We would.

I would not recommend staying here. I will never return. Short but sweet The food is horrible and cold There’s maybe one bottle of captain Morgan spiced rum for the whole resort a day. My goodness there is no excuse for this booze is so cheap down here. If your running out every day common sense tells you you need more. All the broken boards around the pool is terrible. Someone is going to hurt themselves. No excuse for this. The rooms never seem to be cleaned thoroughly. Been watching the same coaster In The stairwell all week. Still there just more sand and dust around it. No bar service around pool. Been served once all day. But hell there’s no rum to serve me. This place is a disgrace Thank goodness for French fries and jimca other wise I would starve Don’t think the bedding has been changed all week. Could go on and on but why I’m sure you get the just of it. Went and bought a day pass at another resort just to get awesome service and excellent food. Buyer beware.

Excellent service… The only observation is at the time of admission as it takes too long to deliver room if you are supposed to have a reservation this should be faster.

I think that is very well the service of the staff, the room, the diverse food very rich and not say the beach with its bar with very rich drinks to finish soon pass very fast the days and in the end you do not want to go.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… So at the moment about 2 1/2 I was not very happy with the check in process I am Hispanic but sadly not to fluent and let's just say the service quickly changed the moment I just started talking the language that came naturally for me that kinda bothered me and also the fact that I had called and asked that because of are flight and of that that if there would be a chance for us to check "in" just a hour or so before sence we would be checking "out" much soon dud to are flight and because my daughter has pulmonary problems would actually need a breathing treatment at that time was told it should be fine well like I'm saying come the day I do my best to speak in spanish and was totally blown of came back with a gentlemen and he actually tried to at check if the room was ready Nothing really happened think he forgot about me but at least he didn't blow me off! Well we went to eat a little to give them more time and was not happy that the mop with nasty water was in the way of the door in the women bathroom of the main buffet we will see how things end at the end of are trip for check out *update got are room with stained sheets and tawels and an empty frig then they would keep forgetting to fill it so after the 3rd day my husband called in spanish asked for just water they tried to charge him!

Nice clean rooms great food was tasty with lots of choices Javier Acton & Jose from La Palapa went out of the way to personalise our stay with exceptionally great service great big thanks to the staff, Rosa kept our room clean & comfortable.

This was our first trip to an all-inclusive and we had such an amazing time it will not be our last. we brought our 1 & 4 year old and there were no shortage of activities! The baby club saved us, as we would drop our 1 year old off every afternoon for nap time, so we didn't have to spend the best part of the day in our room. They would sing him to sleep and leave us a beeper if there were any problems. It also came in handy if he didn't want to be at dinner. nice and small so nothing is more than a 5 minute walk away. We had horrendous service/experience at the french restaurant, but the rest were great. Everything is completely geared towards families, my kids loved going up to the bar and ordering specialty character drinks. the only thing to note is this place is popular with locals, so the lines for buffet, pool chairs etc were crazy on sat/sun/mon, but then it would calm down during the week.

We haven't left yet. But all in all a 3. I only have our last two previous stays at Riu Vallarta and Riu Emerald Bay to compare. The other two have been far superior service wise and food wise. With that being said Paradise Club is excellent for families. The kids certainly didn't notice much of a difference. There is an amazing kids water play area that surpasses anything that the Riu's had… and the Riu Vallarta did have a water slide. They have a really cute kids drink menu named after cartoon characters. They have a little cove area in the modest dining room for the Kids food. At the a la carte restaurants they have paper menus with puzzles. Everything was really family oriented. We may go back to the Roy Vallarta next time.

Excellent service, delicious food, good spaces to relax and exercise. I loved that from Q we arrived, even though we did not deliver the room, they made available to us sprinklers towels, soap, shampoo and a place to store our suitcases Q allowed Q we will enjoy the facilities from early.

This place would have been great however we had money stolen from our luggage the second day we were here. The food was good and the room was nice as well but would not recommend nor return due to the theft from house keeping.

Great all inclusive. Service is on point. Great view from the resort room. The shows are very entertaining. The pools are amazing.

Photo's are misleading. Language barrier was a real struggle for my family and I from USA. Resort food is repetitive and not all that tasteful. The resort beach has excessive amounts of locals trying to sell you goods nonstop. Not a lot of resort entertainment during the day compared to other all-inclusive resorts visited. I highly recommend traveling off the resort. My family and I have two children under 5 years old and felt safe on multiple visits to the downtown area.

It was amazing. If you like hot places this is the place for you. I love that everything is free there. The service was great!
