The breakfast service is really awesome, rooms have incredible view on the upper floor, common areas like the pool and the gym are very well equiped and the overall experience was very pleasant, completely recommendable to anyone.

Very good location, friendly staff, located in front of Plaza del Sol, the rooms are comfortable, upon arrival they offer you water bottle, apart from those already in the room, has gym and pool (not very large) but not bad.

The hotel is very well located in Guadalajara, right on one of the main avenues as 20 minutes from the center by truck. It is also right in front of Plaza del Sol, a shopping square with supermarket, department stores, restaurants, cafes and children's area. The hotel has parking but it is very slow to deliver the car and very expensive. The hotel really has a lot of luxury and has a great lounge to do massive events. What I didn't like was the waiter service that seemed like all along wanted to rush you to lunch and were unresponsive.

Attention that distinguishes and values customers, the rooms have the style, furniture and updated technology, very comfortable beds and the space is really Large, has comfortable services and the place where it is located is excellent, shopping centers, bars, restaurants and clubs surround it, certainly for leisure or work is an excellent option, something I liked was also the view I had from the room.

We always stayed in this chain of hotels throughout MEXICO, what a pity we have such a bad experience in this. There was no toilet, there was no coffee maker (I had to request it), the TV as in 2005 looked lousy, they did not put the water and other things back on for free. Anyway, it didn't have anything to do with the price-quality we expected and didn't meet our expectations. Friendly staff and rich breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. I don't think they'll come back.

The place is very nice, clean, organized, the staff very friendly, but they lack to keep on the air conditioner as at times he felt suffocated at the event I attended.

The place is still good as they are traditionally the hotels president, however they are very miserable even on the floor club where in the room you do not get a coffee. You have the right as a club floor to a light dinner buffet and a breakfast of the same style however in the room you put a coffee machine handy to the view without telling you that has a very high cost. It's something to take into account. The hotel is already old but it is in good condition.

It is ok. Close from several restaurants and local stores. They need to improve their system that shows them when the rooms are available. Last time I went, they checked me in one room, and when I was getting in, there was somebody already sleeping on it. At least they apologize for their mistake including the breakfast on their service.

I attended the event "EXPO ESCO 18" by Gonvill for the presentation of topics related to education both talks and presentation of books for the new educational reform (for private schools do not use the book of the SEP). The access was quick and friendly, in the spacious space. The talk was in the Salon Agave 1 and 2 large places but by the acoustics are reached to hear both lectures.

Considering the price of one room per night… The building is very outdated and not the good sense.
It has a good maintenance and look but the architecture already looks very old.
Inside the rooms everything is fine, the bed, the work area and even the bathroom.

The hotel is well located and passed thru a renovation but the rooms are still old and the shower is terrible with almost no water coming from the head and the temperature going up and down all the time. Room service is excellent and breakfast very good.

Espectacular el Hotel y magnífica atención. Quedé muy satisfecho con el servicio. El check un fue muy rápido, solicite un cambio de habitación a una mejor y sin ningún problema me apoyaron con eso. Muy amablemente me ofrecieron una mejora de habitación a club intercontinental por $500+IVA la noche y me gustó mucho, por $500 me ubicaron en las habitaciones del club (zona reservada y aislada de otras habitaciones, zona más tranquila y a la cual solo entran los alojados en el club, habitaciones más amplias), y recibí el desayuno y bebidas gratis durante todo el día para todos los que nos hospedarnos en la habitación. La alberca es bonita, falta renovarla pero está muy bien. La temperatura del agua perfecta (bien calentita, debe estar por los 30 grados celsius) para disfrutar un buen rato de relax.

A swanky hotel of high standard, on the outside does not seem so big but when you enter and visit the conference rooms so spacious you have you realize the reality, the treatment to the guest is excellent, a very good alternative to stay and do business in GDL.

Curious building with glass walls, usually used for workshops, courses, trainings and government activities. Four stars because it looks something old. It is very close to shopping malls, accessible by public and private transportation.

I went to the hotel to attend a pet friendly event, the service and food were excellent and the hotel has a nice vibe.

I had excellent experience while staying here for my friend's wedding. The front desk and staff have been incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. All arrangements done by Ms Barbara who is the most beautiful woman with an angel smile I've ever seen on the earth. I didn't have a chance to talk and say goodbye to her because she's off on the day I left the hotel. I will definitely come back here again to find her. :D.

The room is freezing, lights are out, shower was in poor condition, bed hard as a rock. Now they have addressed most issues, but the heat… no need to have Air Conditioning when it's only 12c outside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good location. The breakfasts are very rich too.

I stay very often at this hotel and even though people are very friendly there are several aspects that I don't like at all. The carpets are very dirty; I have been touched by rooms where the bureau or desk are apparently dirty from food or liquid spilled by previous guests; The heating does not work, in the temperature control can not choose the mode of heating, because they have them locked in all the rooms, and if it is trusted in the automatic mode and a warmer temperature is selected, the system does nothing more than throw Cold air; I think they seldom clean the showers, because when you open the key the Jets of water do not come out in a straight line, if not in all directions, there are rooms where bathing is a proesa; On one occasion I had to get up at 4:00 in the morning to go to work and at the hotel there was a heavy rock festival, even though I was on a high floor the Windows vibrated by the noise, when I spoke to the front desk to complain, I was told that almost finished the event and that the most they could do for me was to give me earplugs, the happy event ended at 2 in the morning, if you go to this hotel thinking of a quiet place and rest, it is worth asking if there is not going to be an event of this kind during the dates of your stay, as these events are more important to them than the comfort of their guests.

The hotel is very cute just like their rooms but they have a lousy Wi-Fi service, very poor signal reception in the rooms, my cell phone could only use the Wi-Fi in their business center apart from that in the hotel they were not able to solve that problem, I give you 3 stars just for how Beautiful.

One of my favorite places to rest in La Perla Tapatia for its excellent location, great class, comfort and good service that distinguishes the President hotels. It has multiple guest services, varied restaurants and shops; The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and suitable for a great rest or to share and entertain with whomever you wish. Whether for work or for rest, a very good choice where the only thing you could reproach is to have no more time to indulge the most.

I went there to take breakfast with my best friend and it was great. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

A very pleasant stay! Was recieved as if they knew me, very polite staff and they made me feel at home during the days I staid in this hotel. Staff will do anything to make you feel more confortable. The room was very clean, well maintained and they looked like they where new rooms. Breakfast was very good and for dinner they have various restaurants conviniently located inside the hotel. Very recomendable for a multi-day stay so you can enjoy their hospitality and all the options that this hotel offers.

Great place for meetings the comfortable executive rooms maybe something small but comfortable. For work and meetings super. The restaurants and cafes with rich food and a well-stocked bar. The site is expensive.

The facilities are ok but the breakfast service is terrible. A small place, poorly taken care of, and with very little variety and quality of products. I've seen much better service in lower-class hotels. That's why I don't give 5*.

Great location Comfortable and of a certain luxury. Great Conference Center. Good food in the restaurant though not very varied and something expensive. It has a bar but it doesn't look very crowded. Gym with swimming pool. They charge the parking at preferential rate. I would recommend it for business trips.

From the moment you enter you feel you have left the city and travel to a luxury palace. High roofs and beautiful floor. The conference room was enormous and the service was exeptional. I would recommend anyone to stay there if they can.

It's located in the heart of the city and have nice room with good service. The hotel can improve the spread ofbuffet breakfast.

There is an elevator that is under construction currently, limiting it to 3 elevators. However one will not go to the 12th floor so you have to wait for a working elevator if that is your floor. Elevators are also slow moving. The rooms are ok, beds are quite firm and our shower has no door, instead is just a sheet of glass on one side and an opening on the other, causing water to splash out all over the floor.

Facilities at the hotel are good, bar and two restaurants. Pool is simple but well maintained and a good adjacent well equipped fitness room. Rooms are clean and generally in good condition which can be an issue at some Mexican hotels.

This one is not up to intercontinental standards. The bed very hard and the room reminds me of one I stayed in at a microtel a while back.

Like a lot of third world hotels the entrance and the lobby are very nice. Then you get to the room. The room was basic, old and surely not up to InterContinental standards. The bed was very hard. If you like that, it's ok. Towels were grungy white. Saw one roach. The airconditioning was hard to turn off and on and their was no temperature control. (I've heard all the rooms are like that. ) The hotel was very clean. The pool was nice, but no shower or restroom. That's basic sanitation. The fitness center was only 3 treadmills, 1 stepper, and dumbbells to 45. That's it. Nothing else. As a business traveler with over 2, 000 hotel nights, I won't be back.

Lousy service of its registry staff. We had a prepaid reservation agency but didn't want it to respect and I wanted that we resolvieramos the problem offering another form of payment instead of communicating with the Agency and try to resolve it.

Best rooms for business travel I've seen hands down. Lot's of room for everything, stylish design, and plugs everywhere. There's even a built in european outlet in the desk. Now that's something I've never seen in a North American hotel. 9/10.
