Very Good reception and customer service.

When you are living in a place like this for a long time you realize the deficiencies of the place, and there are few, there is a lot of discrimination, poor quality food, staff with little. Personal hygiene, in the kitchen the chef very dirty and knowledgeless, very despot, always lacking staff, in the laundry room the washer and dryer always fail, you mark them to the reception asking to send the maintenance and ignore you, the MANAGERS or without Ability to solve deficiencies and without ability to handle complaints, and so could continue.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable. Good services available, close to restaurants, Oxxo in the same square. A bit of noise because it is along the road, but overall it offers good service for the right price.

Well the whole place is very comfortable.

The place is nice and modern, it is really enjoyable, in addition the service was super nice.

The hotel had a good service, included the cleaning of the room, a excelent and full breakfast that included waffles, chilaquiles, sausage, juice, fruits, cereals, etc; the location Is good because you take 10 min to arrive the Center of the city. Out of the hotel you find a lot of fast restaurants like Subway, etc. And the people who works there try yo make you feel at home.

Comfortable Hotel. Like any hotel One, it's just for rest. It has a very rich and varied buffet breakfast, with some light and organic options. Its location is good, in the same square there is a subway and a oxxo and one block a restaurant wing bar. The elevator allows you to access the rooms directly.

If the location works for you then nice place. Not fancy but clean and kept up.

Clean, comfortable beds, water warm shampoo and soap with delicious mint smell! The breakfast buffet is very good. If I would return.

The breakfast was very good. The bad and lousy is the parking despots and arrogant there are 20 parking drawers and are from the ministerial police. We can't park because they are places of them the lousy alternate parking closes at 8 pm with a lousy attitude. If you like to leave the cart on the street This is a good place.

The hotel is very nice and all but the price is very high for a business hotel. If you have light sleep, wearing earplugs and/or sleeping pills because the road noise is infernal. The parking lot was under renovation so that the space for the cars of the guests is inadequate, and the guards have no idea of how to proceed.

Personally I find them very good, if it is for a short stay, rooms are small but very cozy. The care is very good, the bad thing would be the parking lot is small and a bit small, personally I liked it.

Excellent location and good service, staff very friendly, not improve the rating because its parking is very small and is problematic not find place or leave your vehicle outside the hotel.

The hotel has a real parking problem. They share very few drawers between two hotels and commercial premises. It's not comfortable a situation like this.

Very well located executive Hotel, opposite the Judicial city, parking, ramps, access, elevator for people with disabilities. Parking is very small, free of charge. A lot of security, staff, video surveillance cameras. To access your room you need your card, as in the elevator. That's security. The rooms are very clean, beds sheets pillows very nice, clean floor, bathroom with very hot water in shower. Very quiet. In the morning, free buffet breakfast. Lots of variety, tasty coffee, juices, fruit, chilaquiles, egg, meat. The best, a honeycomb, inside a glass box, Natural Honey draining to a Plato where you can take it for your fruit or bread. So that they have no doubt if it is natural. Excellent. Budget Hotel. Talk about preference for reservations. I recommend it widely.

Excellent hotel, all the staff very friendly, but the guy who controls the entrance to the parking lot is very rude, arrogant and lousy attention of those who take care of the access of the entrance pen, I imagine it is not the hotel's own but it gives lousy picture.

Cheap but adequate hotel with free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Walk to street food.

The hotel is clean, I did not like that they clean the room when I was back from my day, around 5pm no biggie, but the internet being completely useless is another issue. Other than that is a nicely priced hotel.

The room is clean comfortable and modern is economic ideal for the family. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast is simple but very delicious.

Cleanliness and price make it a good option, a little far from the Centro Historico or Historic Center, but, close to the soccer stadium.
