Very central, good price, you have the basics in my stay not served the SC nor the fan and because if towards some heat, the mattresses patched, is the only bad overall room well.

This hotel is worth it for its central location the regular room, internet low intensity, bed a little stiff, but the accommodation is good for your prices and stay just to know is excellent and good weather.

To spend a night at a low cost is fine.

The shower in the bathrooms are not well cleaned from several rooms… They have to be more careful at this point so they can give a better service.
As a passing hotel this is more or less as the beds have their sheets a bit battered and burned.

Very different from what they offer on the Internet.

The service is good but the facilities are a bit of a low quality. It is an economic option and close to the historic center.

The service by the staff is good, the facilities give a little to be desired. It is economical and the advantage is that it is in the historical center, close to the cathedral. Parking is a block and a half.

The hotel in the lobby is neat and clean, however the rooms if they are sloppy in terms of cleanliness, plus they do not have hot water service. As for the staff, they are very friendly and attentive to their guests. The rooms are cordial with respect to the price you pay.

Two things are good at the hotel, the price and the location. With such a low price per night you have no half expectations. The rooms smell of moisture and chlorine, all walls are rock table, TVs are CRT, often forget to put towels and toilet paper, no phone to call reception, there is only internet in the lobby and generally very poorly lit. Look for other options if you want to rest, when you get to the hotel, as you also hear all of the neighboring rooms. If you go out of the way and get exhausted, it's a good option for your economy.

It is well located, it is economical and has air conditioning, but you need to order towels and toilet paper to the room, plus the covers are stained and many rooms have only view to the hallways. You need to climb a ladder to get to the front desk and there is no access for people in wheelchairs, plus they have hot water all the time.

Might be cheap but u get for what u pay.

First of all the rooms were clean, a single room includes, one bathroom, a closet, one bed, a dressing table with a mirror, cable TV service, and little bags of shampoo, soap and skin cream. The hotel is located in Guadalajara downtown near the cathedral, and a big market. The prices are very well, so cheap and is in a quiet place. The receptionists are very friendly and they give you the necessary information, they take you straight to your room.

If you are looking to spend the night without greater concern is well the hotel, is not the luxury to its maximum splendor, missing towels at hand, in the room I was the mattress was not the best. But I insist to spend the night is a good option.

Hotel of bad death, is an indoor arena… I think that is a zone of tolerance… we timaron buy in online reservation and the rooms smell bad, mold and humidity.

It's okay to stay here. However, I think the price is a little high for the area. The area in night is very dark and mysterious.

Sheets in the bed are not clean. The A/C doesn't work. It smells like cigarette. The price is not what it says it is (200 pesos more expensive). The towels in the bathroom are even wet from the last visitor, I assume.

Don't stay here. The hotel is noisy, my room was small, had no windows and the air conditioning didn't work, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was subpar. I only paid 500 pesos but it wasn't even worth it. If you are looking for a good hotel in the centro, go to Dali Plaza hotel instead. It is two blocks away from this one, same price range, and it is actually a nice comfortable place.

Despite being central, the rooms are very small and mine had no light more than two light bulbs.

It seems to Me very good the location in which it is located, it's close to many museums. Although the bedroom was very small if it is cozy. In general all is well.

Had a great stay the rooms are small and cunffy. The are its safe evrithing is so close by, and the staff verry friendly and helpfull. If your planning to be out the room most of the day I recomend this one I mean why pay so mutch when this one has evrithing. Oh I gave it 4 stars due to the size of the room and some cleanines issues I had nothing major.

It is a quiet place to.

Has an excellent location, but it is noticeable deterioration in the rooms. Great for just spending the night in the center of the city.

I stayed today, even an hour we were able to sleep, we fled, THERE are "bed BUGS". I regretted not taking photos. Eye.

Hotel with good location, it is not a new hotel, if you are very demanding, not you'll be happy for the small rooms but for what you pay if you think saving is an option.

Beds are acceptable, the bathrooms are safe but they are open anyway, it has climate, 20 channels of TV and the Internet did not reach my room.

The rooms were very small and, to top it all without service of food I was going aquedar a week but then I go back to the first night to Morelia.

Very small rooms, micro bathroom, sheets, pillows and towels not very clean. I think q for the price should be something more than quality.

It was really good, specially the service and it's location is excellent in my next visit to guadalajara I'm looking forward to stay there again. I do recommend it, even though I know you can find better hotels as far as better rooms but if you go to GDL there is so much to see and visit that you don't really need a fancy hotel but something nice where you can rest and that is Hotel Castilla y Leon.

Of the service and quality of the hotel castilla and leon of guadalajara or talk am of monterrey and them days that is step in that hotel were orrible, is was it light in the first night them towels were dirty the bathroom pesimo, and to put the cherry in the cake cockroaches that is only a part of what is lived the weekend last and as recommendation not is create in them photographs that is placed in internet because the truth have nothing to do and if they want to go to guadalajara excellent very well but the hotel castilla y León in guadalajara is les occurs for any reason go to this hotel as a personal recommendation.
