I loved your room, super suited to the needs is as if you were in your own apartment, the breakfast is delicious, the attention of the cleaning service to the room is excellent and do not say the reception. I hope to be back soon.

This is European theme based hotel in Guadalajara in Guadalupe area. They have complimentary breakfast. Staffs are good and welcoming. The place is clean and tidy, and staff clean the rooms every 2 or 3 days.

A very interesting place, very good concept apartment-hotel with very good value for money they have a very rich breakfast buffet with good variety and with orange juices, melon or coffee and milk. As Plus, the place has a very varied collection of paintings and sculptures as well as recreation places, plus all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Bad Service, Rooms ("suites") that smelled of humidity, insecticide, bathroom… In very bad condition, there was no hot water… The other tenants were of Asian origin and all day long they cooked and the hotel smelt of spices and oil burned…

A very nice Hotel, with reasonable prices, the extraordinary attention of all the staff. They Include breakfast and also has great location. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good lodging in Zapopan.

The suites are very comfortable with everything you need for a good stay, very good price, highly recommended if you are looking to enjoy the pearl Tapatia.

Hotel is very nice, lots of art everywhere… my room was very comfortable had its own kitchen and a small living room, breakfast is included and the place is well located. Too bad an illogical thing they don't include dish soap or a sponge, so be sure to pack those if you're planning to stay there.

A very well managed Hotel with many details that make it practically eclectic style | Baroque and with very cosy common spaces. They have an enviable organization for any business in the area of hospitality and food.

Very good hotel, the décor a bit extravagant, but the rooms are the wave. We stayed in one with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen, rather it was a apartment. Each bedroom with air conditioning and TV with Sky. Really good choice, and the price pretty good, included buffet breakfast. What if it does not seem to swim in the Albera, for its location more than anything. It also has Esacionamiento and is in good area. In its category, very good opicon.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast service staff is too. Breakfast had variety and tastes fine. The decor was a bit much (there is even "art" in the garage! ) and the ceilings are low so the suite felt a bit claustrophobic. The linens were clean but the corners of the bathrooms were grimy and the towels were lacking.

This place is awesome! Great rooms, excellent breakfast included, Art Deco interior, friendly staff, close to major thoroughfares, lots of secure parking. I would definitely stay here again! Great value check this place out!

I really like the hotel. I believe that the European theme should not just be of paintings and ornaments, but it is a good attempt.
I also think the room is nice and comfortable but lackmore updated fixtures and appliances that would help a lot to business travelers. Since I don't consider it a family hotel.

The complimentary breakfast is awesome. Pool is grosse. It's cheap but really dated. Staff is friendly.

Very good service, the hotel in very good condition, and very well decorated, but the only thing that didn't please me very much was the breakfast buffet as it was not very good.

Great place to stay. It's safe. Since you arrive at reception you are treated wonderfully. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant is very clean and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The small room was excellent. You can order to eat at a restaurant that has home service and they deliver it to your room without any problem. Super recommended if you have to go for a few days or go alone to a sporting event or concert as it was in my case.

If you would like to stay with friends or family in a suit (2 or 3 rooms), European is a good choice. It provide perfect breakfast at the cafe and you can have special orders from the chef. She must can satisfy your stomach. At the cons side, do not try the laundry service at the front desk, we have few experiences of missing clothes. Fortunately we had found it back after contacted the manager at morning shift, but it still wasted time.

We stay here for 4 nights, ir a nice place is an art Galery! Place is in need of a little reestoration but at the end of the day is a comfortable place with good food, there’s alot of comments regarding Noise and bad odors of Indian’s all I can say is that while I was there I never notice that. I will come back and stay!

It is a good hotel to spend one or several nights, the beds are not very comfortable but the suites have what it takes to rest, the breakfast is not the best but it is always firm so you can eat enough, at least there is fruit and juice. This hotel has several problems and is that whenever we have stayed are doing renovations, I think we have never used the pool for the same situation, besides that there are international companies that have stayed there to their employees, and it is difficult Find a room available in the short term. The price is right for what they offer.

Would consider this an ok Hotel. Rooms are too small. Has a small pool a small gym too. Parking the car, especially for the visitors is a major hassle. Get ready for the security to blast you out of the parking zone if it is a busy day.

Pretty nice place for the value. Don’t expect the go swimming in the pool however. I don’t think that it is intended for that! Breakfast was very good. And dogs are welcome.

It's a nice place to be but it's a little confusing to be located in there. Of course, there are paintings and sculptures everywhere, all or almost all of them are original exhibitions. Some very nice and some not so much but art at last. There is a small outdoor swimming pool. The service was also very good.

A gallery and the first-class suites. Breakfast. Pool and gym of the best. The terrace is very cozy. The indications and safety are excellent.

Stayed many times, is a good commercial hotel, but the building is old, often things broken or leaking problems. English proficiency can communicate, but not all of them. Breakfast was delicious and the chefs were very friendly.

One of the best options to stay if u r in Guadalajara. Variety of rooms from smaller and cheaper to premium rooms. Rates further reduced if you are staying for longer period. Best thing is they provide a pre setup kitchen in all suites and no extra charges for that. Service is also quick and staff is very helpful. Most recommended affordable option.

It's nice and like, I just think it would be necessary to connect certain parts of the building to not have to go through the parking.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Note it has more the process of a boutique hotel but it has more than a 100 rooms that most are suites with 2 or 3 bedrooms. It's two towers and a huge quantity of amazing art pieces whichever way you look. Pay attention as there is a piece of art in every single corner. Breakfast is almost made to order but it has a buffet style bar, exquisite traditional Mexican cuisine every day for breakfast. It closes at 11am and it is only open for breakfast. Small convenient pool. Indoor and outdoor parking. Convenience stores are 2 or 3 blocks away. The rooms are very comfortable with kitchenette and living room dining room in many suites. Elevators can be a bit slow but it's only 4 stories so no big deal. Location is in a very safe area upper class commercial residential mix. Staff has some processes that are more of a tiny hotel rather than resolve ASAP mentality. So certain things at front desk could be improved but nothing that impacts the huge positive value you get with a stay here. The place is clean comfortable and extremely affordable. I was skeptical but no doubt I can stay here every single time. Yes as some other reviewers there are things that could get an upgrade and update but as mentioned those are minor things. Beds are comfortable every room has flat screen amazing AC for each room and the price cannot be beat for that value. Aside from the art gallery that is unique maybe in the country.

The place has a beautiful exterior, filled with impressive sculptures from various artist featuring East cultures. The personal are really kind and servicial. One can easily drive from there to downtown following the avenue. The place is keep always clean and in good condition.

Hotel housekeeping were very kind and helpful. It helps that I speak the language, so there wasn't any issues getting my needs met. Grounds were generally maintained excellently. The kitchen was very user friendly, and security at the facility was wonderful. I was made to feel very welcome in my first extended stay in Mexico.

European Life Style and Executive Suites is located in a safe and secure area with really great restaurants only 20-25 minutes away (walking) and a grocery store within the same block. These conveniences do not make up for the serious oversight of a guest's most basic needs. My husband and I were scheduled to stay at this hotel for about 20 days. Judging from the pictures we thought we would be getting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately this was not the case. 1. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette but lacks any serious cooking utensils for the kitchen to be properly used, this might not seem like a big deal given that the kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove (two burners), but the lack of a spatula or a frying pan big enough to make food for two people can make the burners feel like a tease for someone who intends on using this equipment. Each kitchenette is meant to include two of the following: mugs, cups, bowls, salad and dinner plates, forks, spoons, butter knives and some plastic mixing spoons — all of these would be great it they were always available or easily accessible. Our room had a few plates missing and a drawer with most of the other utensils that would NOT open unless violently forced open. There is also a microwave and a VERY generous refrigerator for a kitchenette — again only a tease since the pots/pans to cook with are essentially mini sized for children or have teflon scratched beyond repair. 2.

I'm going to put a list of things I liked and disliked but it's up to the you (the reader) to decide: Liked: — Good dual band Wi-Fi — Business center with lots of tables to seat each one with wired internet access. — The pool looks good (never used it but seemed to be liked by other clients) — The gym has a lot of equipment and can be used for heavyweight routines — Location: there are several options to eat within the vicinity — The room was fully equipped. I guess that's the reason the restaurant only works on mornings! The room has coffee machine, blender, toaster, cooking top, tools, etc. Disliked: — No privacy in the rooms, the walls are made of thin wood or similar — The place is like a maze: I had to go through the basement just to go to the gym! — No free water (only the greeting basket has 2 small bottles), the rest has to be bought — There is only one vending machine in the basement with a few snacks, water, etc (but no juices) and it only takes coins — The closet is inside the bathroom (or the other way around), which it's not good for clothes (humidity can be a problem and in some cases) and the toilet was there too… For me the "disliked" list was not that bad, but that's just my opinion.

Lacking cleaning, not so good food, but the price is good, we request a suite with 3 rooms each one with private bathroom. This gives you the best rating.

All very well. Perhaps it would be good to renew at least the bathrooms.

The place on the outside it looks very nice but inside leaves much to be desired in certain aspects. Controls TV, damaged doors in showers, damaged casuelas in very poor condition, gymnasium in bad condition that can cause accidents, the internet signal is as if it did not, the cleaning enter without permission, or warn whenever there are.

It is a perfect hotel for families, the spacious suites feature separate dining area and kitchen which makes it easier for your stay. Include breakfast very rich. I would definitely recommend it :)

I stayed in this hotel in July 2015 The hotel is full of paintings and sculptures! I liked the facilities, the rooms are large and very nice. The decor looks like an apartment, very clean all around. Includes the breakfast buffet and it was very good.

So what ever we talk it will be easily hearing in other room So we can't celebrate any parties.

Internet is rubbish, however I know this issue was only in my room.

Nice rooms, good space, good service, smell draw on bathrooms, noise between rooms and fumigate without being one hosted.

Good treatment. Not cleaned the room. Cigar and drainage in the room smells. It has parking.

I guess for my standard the hotel it's okay, It is not the best quality of hotel in which I have stayed, but compared its not bad either.

The suites are nice, big, comftorable. But, there are no smoke alarms, no emergency exit signs or routes posted in rooms. The suite we stayed in for a month and two weeks was infested with mosquitos. It was fumigated twice. Which meant dead cocroaches on the floor and a horrible smell. The parking is awful and parking spaces narrow. Hardly anyone uses the swimming pool. It is always dirty. The towels were only changed once a week and the cleaning is not great. I was told I had paid till certain date. When I went for my deposit. They came up with a different amount and supposedly I ended up owing more than my $300 US deposit. The security guards are very friendly. For a long stay, decent, but not hotel quality. Oh, phone calls, even local calls are charged, Wi-Fi is of poor quality. Two bars from my suiite. Always cutting off.
