Very nice hotel but the pool water is very cold, not even warm, it looks like cheap spa water. Hopefully they can do something about the air conditioning of the pool.

Very good service from the employees, spacious and comfortable suite, nice view of the city, rich breakfast and very clean hotel. Great location.

Terrible service from check in people are not trained, very bad English which makes the experience more difficult with people who do not speak Spanish, rooms with humidity in the ceilings dirty and neglected bathrooms, beds in which you sink to the floor (literal) and apart from the horrible morning buffet service without taste and expensive definitely not recommended this hotel very bad experience to be part of Marriot.

The facilities are very spacious and clean.

Awful policies to keep guest safe during Covid-19. There is not hand sanitizer in the elevators. The staff only sanitize luggage if guests ask them to. Also in my roo, hands and body soap where not enough.

This hotel has been the best place to stay. The service is excellent and everyone is very friendly. Especially Rachel and the Veronica receptionist who treated my luxury potatoes and gave them an excellent breakfast. Thank you very ❤️

Very friendly staff. Almost everyone here speaks English. Breakfast is very tasty and dinner there is great. The pool on the 12th floor boasts an amazing view and is a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day.

Great, modern hotel with all the conveniences you need, great staff. Only thing I don't like in the whole place is the tiny compartment where the toilet is. Huge wetroom shower, comfy bed, best view from the rooftop pool.

They have excellent services. The kitchen staff is amazing. Will defintely stay there again.

This hotel sits in a nice area between Guadalajara and Zapopan. The hotel is very clean and modern themed. The rooms are comfortable and they have a nice view. The infinity pool is really awesome and it has nice views of the city. The best quality of this hotel is the staff, they are amazing. Yessi at the front desk was super friendly, helpful and courteous. She gave lots of awesome suggestions where to go eat and how to get around. At the restaurant Javier was really awesome helping me and my family get breakfast and coffee everyday. All AC Hotel staff was top notch snd spoke English very well. My family felt very welcomed here and we will recommend and come back to this hotel again.

Good service although the design of the rooms is not the best. The roof looks like roof parking.

Hotel is nice. You have to see the swimming area. AC was not working and it was very warm at nights, thou.

Very good clean comfortable, restaurant is tasty with breakfast, also for tapas and dining. Good local beer served too. Young energetic happy staff in restaurant and reception!

Despite appearing to be nice to have a terrace etc, The service is very bad. Do not have room service, they made us go for a container and return it only to miss that we were asked laváramos the frets. Have water Hethe at the front desk if you want in the restaurant or in the room you have to go for it. The elevator stopped working because it rained. It is not at the height of a Marriot. Avoid this place the service is really bad ñ, no room service, the elevator doesn't work, etc.

Not located in the center of the action but still a good location. The rooms look nice and the rooftop pool/ bar is a big attraction here.

It is gorgeous, this hotel, the pool really is something special. The decor is amazing. The buffet amazing. A premium experience, and the location is perfect to experience Guadalajara.

This is an upscale hotel on the outskirts of downtown Guadalajara. The staff are extremely friendly and will bend over backwards for you, to ensure your stay is like a home away from home. The views from the 12 floor pool/lounge are breathtaking. We will return again soon! The guy with the white shirt is Memo. He was our “guy” at the bar and kitchen. He would ensure our drinks were strong and cold and our food hot and delicious.

Great hotel! Modern look, the pool View is amazing, very chic! Staff is super nice (Diego & Yesenia) and the food at the restaurant is really good. If you want to stay in a nice area of Zapopan stay here. Loved it!

Hotel is quite modern, with all the needs covered. Good Food and Service. There are very nice views from the pool and from the rooms corner. The breakfast with European ambience.

The terrace has good view of the city. I thought the hallways were dirty and the carpet was of poor quality. The bedroom was good in general, but the service never cleaned the shower area.

The hotel is ok, nothing from the other world, however it meets. The service can improve as I was trying to communicate with the front desk 3 times in the evening and no one ever answered me (between 9 and 11 pm). I don't know if I would stay with so many options that the area has.

Very good service and best in breakfast buffet, very clean and nice hotel, only the towels smelled bad, they were not dirty, but they smelled bad.

The hotel on the outside looks awesome! The lobby is smaller than I expected. I was just there to pick someone up so I didn't get a chance to see the rooms but seems like a nice hotel in general.

Well located and comfortable, although as all Marriot are very cold, its atmosphere is not very cozy and less familiar, but the attention and service are impeccable.

The lobby I great, the elevator may take a while to pick u up but the personel is kinda uninterested about giving you a nice experience.

Bad service when taking the reservation. They were wrong twice, booking in Guatemala, instead of Guadalajara, the first time. And giving me a single room instead of double, the second time. When requesting help from the front desk staff, they behaved rude and arrogant, and they did not change my room. Do not forget that those who serve are also Mexicans and not foreigners, because they are very friendly with foreign tourism, but not with the national. Last time I visit this hotel.

New and modern facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms. With very good location in the center of the city, next to an area with many restaurants and very good atmosphere. Safe area for walking.

It is a modern hotel, it has parking, its service is good, the cleanliness of the room is adequate. Heating, pool and restaurant. The only bad thing is that some of the guests are in an inconvenient state and make a lot of noise and get transferred to the adjoining room. No. They have good insulation because you can listen to the conversations of the guests next door.

The decor and the view from the rooms are extraordinary, very modern. The view of the pool and the pool spectacular. The area is very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very good hotel.

Nice hotel at a good location close to a bunch of restaurants. Unfortunately the walls are very thin, so you hear every conversation from the room next door.

Amazing hotel with a pool and gym on the top floor. Staff were very friendly, approachable and spoke good English. They were able to organise a day trip to Chapala for us. It’s near VIPs cafe which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Liked the room for the price, service was great. Front desk staff was great. Very quiet loved the pool area, enjoyed having a drink and the view.

The hotel is really nice and modern, the views are amazing and the pool are is very cool, this hotel is made more for bussines guests. As a wedding night guest this hotel is not romantic or warm looking… it's very gray and black. Definitely more suitable for business.

The Hotel is nice, with a minimalist decor, the rooms are functional and comfortable, the area and pool bar with a panoramic view on the top floor, the food is very rich. So this hotel is recommended, for my taste.

Worth every peso you pay, this hotel litermente new, all the facilities are first class, the buffet are few things but all in all very rich and of the best, the leg of serrano ham does not have a name, and you can serve what you like, your same rebanas what you want to serve.

From a designers perspective I loved the interior design, it's highly minimalistic and has a great level of security. Really liked the fact they have safe machines inside the rooms to keep you belongings secured when you out of the hotel. Also loved the pool is amazing with a great view of the city. The architecture of the hotel is awesome.

Very stylish, well maintained hotel in a well located spot in the city. All the staff was very friendly and professional, and everyone spoke English. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and be sure to check out the stunning view from the Sky Lobby.

I called the night before to verify that they had a pool. Desk clerk said the pool is open until 11:00 p. M. And it is heated. I checked-in, had dinner, and headed up to the pool. The water temperature was and 68ﾟ. 2 children were swimming and their lips were blue. When I asked the pool area manager she said that in a couple of months they were moving at the heating equipment to the top of the building. Apparently the heater has never worked. I checked-out of the hotel and moved to the Hilton. There I found a nice warm outdoor pool open until 10:00 p. M. My suspected this hotel wasn't the best to run Property when I drove up and found hardly any sign marking the entrance. The security guard didn't seem to know that it was a hotel. He spoke not a word of English and seemed surprised that I was parking to Check-In. I requested to speak with the general manager and waited 45 minutes. The reason they get 2 points and not one is because he did comp my dinner.

I come to Guadalajara often for work and this place has become my temporary home. Plus — Practical, close to airport, secure, and staff super friendly. Minus — No room service, no easy access to restaurants around the hotel, next door construction. (Picture — view from my last stay)

Very good hotel, the attention is excellent. Marriot never lets us down. The only thing that would improve would be the lighting of the rooms.

It is an excellent place to stay, exceptional decor, with air, complimentary water, SMARTV 55 inch, safe, desk. What you expect, you do not have to owe and the pool panoramic view towards the city … the best without doubt … the only detail in general is that the water is cold.

The hotel is great, is new and the decoration make you feel calm and light, the rooms are nice and they have a great view to the city. The personal is great!

Modern hotel, located in rather good region and not too busy. Easy access by car, around 30 minutes off-peak drive from airport. Built recently in a very functional style and well maintained. Rooms are clean and retain the functionality driven approach in design. Breakfast is okay, choice of food is not too wide but offers a decent selection of traditional Mexican meals, fruit, meats and cheeses. Bar is quite dull — limited choice of drinks and lacks any ambience. Though stay would be appreciated by those looking for calm atmosphere.
