The facilities and location are excellent, the staff is poorly trained in booking through booking and they did not respect the type of room I had requested, they told me that they had already occupied it, they gave me the one they had available at the time.
Another situation is that when I left they wanted to charge me for a bath towel because they claimed that they had left two and that was not the case, I had to ask for an extra one.
➜ The place is nice, the staff is attentive and friendly, there are only details that I feel are missing, the rooms feel small, the low ceilings keep the heat in, they should put mosquito nets on the doors that lead to the balcony, fans They don't clean them because they have a layer of dust that looks like they haven't been cleaned in several weeks. They do not have a storage place for your clothes. If you want to keep your things organized, you will have to leave things in the suitcase. I imagine because of how small the rooms are, to spend one night it is very good but to stay for two or three it would be nothing. Comfortable.
