Almost since its inauguration I have made use of the facilities, I just went, and the truth the service left much to be desired, in the morning that I was going to bathe there was no water, they told me that in 30 minutes, I spend 1 hour and never arrived, I had to leave like this 😐, in the afternoon I had to return xq my stay was prolonged and I asked for 1 room with 2 Queen beds and they give me a room with 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa bed for 4 people, I asked for the change and they were going to check xq they had not done the cleaning it was 5 in the afternoon, total they changed me and there was no water yet 😱, total I left and arrived at about 11:30 and effectively they were still without water, the toilet float did not work, I went back down for the water and they told me that in 30 minutes, I fell asleep waiting, thank God in the morning I could already bathe and I had to change hotels. Needless to say, the internet is very bad and on TV you could not see more than 2 channels and all bad, very bad service this year.
