Because in the reception there is a lady that is very rude and feels the owner. I cry and I almost said ran and as I said, that would accuse the administration I said very stupid that she was the administrator since it changed owners and they knew not to handle the hotel so she was the one that gave the orders there. I walked out very angry and I asked a recamarera and told me that it was called Magali Medina and which was not the administrator that the administrator was the Lic Erika but as it was new the Magali you make it as you want like their family members before if they were their bosses, Leticia and Tania were their premiums that is why they did what they wanted. And, therefore, faced with such a lack does not return ever and do not recommend or joke.

The new management has made many improvements, is always clean and the service is excellent. My wife forgot objects of value and the front desk called us to return them. It is located in a very safe area. 100% recommended.

I like it because despite being inside the city of Pachuca, being there you feel one in a totally relaxed atmosphere and is only 5 minutes walk from the stadium and 15 minutes from the largest shopping square in the city.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi signal failed a lot and the water left only a few seconds hot and then cooled down.

The hotel has an excellent location, high quality and good service. A safe and comfortable place to spend the night. With a rustic style and rooms type bungalow, the place makes the stay meets all expectations that any guest look for in a hotel.

It is a good place, will battle a bit with the hot water, but it is a question to ask the receptionist.

Pleasant from reception. Solo. The weird thing is that it is located in the gas station and this makes that go unnoticed. Good room although the bath towels are something little old ladies. The 4 stars are because I did sign that the amenities are not an obligation so if you missing me, do not ask. The corrinas are shown for the q you should be at half-light if you don't want from the outside of the room to see you.
