Hello my experience was not very pleasant, we stayed for a weekend and the attention of the receptionist was very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very neglected. Also in the restaurant the food was not to our liking, of poor quality. Very bad service.

You find many beautiful places in Mexico … and this is one of these building, green areas, the restaurant on top and its rocks … beautiful I highly recommend them and also all the accommodation and food are at an affordable price.

We stayed a fortnight ago, Almost perfect, good service, almost clean facilities, rich food, but my girlfriend was enroncho from the first day when lying in bed. It was reported at reception when we left and it was requested that I know to change the sheets, when returning after half a day the room was still not done. We went out again and requested again cleaning and change of sheets. By the afternoon we returned the room was already made. However the next day my girlfriend had new hives. It was reported to Reception and they only gave me a blank sheet to document and nothing was done, nor did they make a call. It's a shame.

Everything was very nice, the place is amazing, the only downside is that the building has very thin walls and you can hear everything happening on the rooms nearby.

El Paraíso is a 4-star hotel located near the San Diego Hacienda. It was an ecotourism center and training center of Pemex. Its facilities are cosy, the attention is painstaking and the most important is that it has beautiful gardens and views. Ideal for lovers of photography.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, the beds are super inconvenient. The rooms are very spacious but you hear quite the noise from the adjoining rooms. There is no telephone signal or Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at the reception. It also hears vibration from the hot water piping from other rooms.
