It's a good hotel, economic and well located, has opposite a super, pizzas and more, but their showers do not scatter in water, it comes out as if you were bathing with a hose and their TVs despite having cable only have about 10 channels because the others do not see, usually they are comfortable their beds, if only you go to sleep is very good, but if you go to rest and lie down for a while watching the TV you will get bored soon.

Old and uncomfortable mattresses, clean place. Sometimes hot water doesn't come out.

It's nice and clean, but it takes a lot at reception and they are not friendly, when you install they say it includes breakfast and in the morning you don't get it.

One detail I asked for a phone reservation on my cousin's wedding day and they didn't want that bad service and the Santa Cruz much better them if they booked me I would recommend them.

It is a buenlugar to stay near the spas and at an affordable price.

It has a location close to the city centre of Ixmiquilpan, the rooms are comfortable and have a good customer service:)

The hotel is a bit far from the center, you may still not have a favorable location unless you go in a private car. The rooms are nice, spacious, but often very cold, the cable and the Wi-Fi are not "strong" Has a restaurant and on weekends there are law firm is very good, is one of the best places to eat and is inexpensive.

Saturday and Sunday there is firm.

Because it is one of the "best" hotels in the area. Has No luxuries, just the basics. You can't rest comfortably because if you go with your couple or with children and young people is not very pleasant as in the hotel there are many families with small children who run and scream in their rooms or in the hallways and obviously not allow you to rest as the admininistradores of the hotel ever do anything about it and their walls are super thin you hear everything. But at least it gets you out of a pinch if your final destination was to stay in the "grutas de tolantongo"
