Lousy, There was no water to bathe when talking to reception they sent staff who at 1:30 could not solve the problem, when the water arrived there was no hot and reception I told us that in that area there was never water they knew and there were us staying when they asked to fix the problem they did not know what to do, talk about their un professionalism and we told them to give us another room where we could bathe after 2 hrs said yes but in the end we lost morning thanks to them. The pool water says heated but it is very cold and they close it at 5pm. Bad location, it is a very simple hotel the cost is to have good staff and take care of you as one deserves when going on vacation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bad news is that there was a lot of noise in the other rooms. I suggest putting fans in the rooms and mosquito nets.

Nice place but very poor treatment by the people in charge of reception; I went for the weekend hoping for a getaway without any mistimes, family and pets, the attitude of the receptionist is far from a deal of service to the tourist, the bathrooms never had hot water, we report it with one of the employees who were on the floor and the Next morning there was no response, at the time of checkout my wife mentioned it to the front desk and her response was a sarcasm followed by questioning the water complaint… The hotel in its structure is wonderful, what one expects when Taxco is referenced, a renovated colonial place and could be more inviting if it were run by people who would like to deal with tourists.

View of the garden from the 1 bedroom apartment is amazing, staying at this hotel makes you feel as you stepped back in time wow.

Quiet atmosphere very relaxed, clean, comfortable with a good restaurant with panoramic view and has a square with boutique, silverware and spa.

Expensive and not so good accommodation service… We were 4 guests… The room did not have enough shampoo service only for two people being that we were 4 and they denied the purified water for two guests, it makes me a great neglect…
The bad Internet… We were never able to connect… Despite the multiplesclaves of your Internet.

Their most important asset, no doubt is the people who work in the hotel so friendly on their part is amazing, it is certainly a place full of rewarding experiences, the rooms always clean, besides their restaurant is wonderful a la carte food and Firm, has an amazing pool I will not deny it cold very cold but always makes well a dip of fresh and cold water with so much heat forgets the cold of the pool, its owner an incredibly present in all the details besides his children working that that there is the good of a family. We are in love with that place and recommend it 100%

It is good option, it is very good to have parking as it is difficult that in Taxco, the breakfast is rich, is quiet, there are cleaning details in the bathroom that should be taken care of but overall the stay is very nice.

It was a great choice to stay, we stayed two days, a very comfortable place, nice, clean, very close to the center, easy to get to, the staff very attentive, what we did not like was that the pool was freezing, and the hotel restaurant is not recommended. If we would stay here again!

The access a little compromised by the narrowness of the street but offers a pleasant stay. The rooms are full and spacious apartments. With colonial furniture. Oh! Many stairs and lack of maintenance in some gardens.

The hotel is in a really good shape. We stayed for New Year's Eve. They hosted a really good dinner where the view is amazing. The staff and the food are something outstanding.

The Hotel is functional, the rooms are medium sized with a mattress in good condition, medium sized balcony and closet but enough for a weekend trip, the Wi-Fi did not work, hot water and clean bathroom with good cleaning service, that yes unfortunately the Hotel is noisy and they were wrong to put glass in the doors as it does not achieve a complete darkness to rest placidly.
Average Cost of my stay per night $1000 pesos.

The Price is very high for what it offers, however the food and service are very good, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, it is in a very central area and is close to the Zocalo.

The truth is a very good place to have a stay, the employees serve you very well always with a big smile and is something that I like Ami, the food is very rich, I thank you for your kindness and good service offered in my Opinion I recommend Posada De San Javier and V Olveria to go again.

Good place, the litters are very comfortable and some other things that make a difference, excellent location and the food in the restaurant is very good as well as the attention, but a huge tache which is very noisy, no respect can be this screaming at 7 am, hopefully they will improve that and it would be another qualification!

Nice and big, good attention to dry. We stayed 2 nights and there was no Internet Wi-Fi on any modem or password that we got. The pool had good warm and clean temperature. I would stay there again.

We had a good short stay here, no frills and comfortable. It's not too close to the main square, so be prepared to walk up hill to get to the "happening" places.

Basic rooms but comfy beds to rest, it has very beautiful gardens, their restaurant, the convent complies with very good seasoning and reasonable prices. The prices per night are appropriate and the best thing of all is that it is Pet Friendly. The service is good although the ropería deserves to be renewed. The swimming pool has constant maintenance and is safe.

It was fascinating and we're very helpful and very welcoming. Builded up a nice atmosphere for the guests.

This hotel is a joke. I've been in the hotels of the remotest Mexican villages, so I don't expect luxury in a small town like taxco. But this hotel lacks everything that you can imagine. We booked for a deluxe room which I assumed should've been the nicest room, and our room was awful. We didn't have a chair or a desk or anything to put our stuff on except the bed. No mirror (I had to look at myself in the window reflection), no dryer and not even a pen and paper, not even a small overhang in the bathroom so I could put my tooth brush. Every time we took shower there was water coming out of the bathroom and we had water all over our room. Staff was very unfriendly and dismissive. The door was so narrow that my husband had to turn a bit every time he was going through the door. If you are going to taxco and this is the only hotel available for your dates (which was exactly our case) definitely change your dates until you find another hotel.

Very nice property close enough to the "Centro", but far enough to where you can rest. Short walk to the Zocalo with shops and restaurants along the way (Even short walks in Taxco can be strenuous). An Oxxo convenience store near by, right next to the Ex-Convent. The property has rustic charm and lots of pluses. It also has some negatives — lots of stairs, beautiful, but strange, frosted entry glass doors, small bathrooms, no fans or air conditioning, no clocks or telephones in the rooms. On the plus side, the place is visually very beautiful. You can see craftsmanship and unique details throughout. BIG plus — very comfortable beds and pillows (not often the case in Mexico). Booked through Expedia, included breakfast. When we went to the restaurant, we were informed that it was only "Continental", meaning coffee, tea, juice, and toast. They allowed us to apply the 35 peso cost of the continental breakfast to other ala carte or buffet orders.

Lousy. The parking no space for the cars, all parked in where out and with the fear of to give him a blow. The room without a phone, so that if you needed the control of the tele (don't let it) or extra towels, you had to go to the front desk. Welcome to your once closed so if you needed something in the night, or so (it is assumed that a hotel should be 24 hours a day) you'd have to wait another day. I wonder what would have happened if an emergency would have had to leave the hotel early in the morning? If the reception was closed and I was told that the miss came on the other day? The bathroom of the shower or went out ice water or boiling and the shower all covered, leaving barely a trickle of water. The door of the bedroom was of opaque glass, and had a lantern in the corridor which was all light and could not sleep. The hotel is very noisy, the employees began to clean up since 6 am talking loudly and shouting from room to room or in the hallway. Our room was below the restaurant, but the drag of the chairs (iron) from 7 am it was unbearable. Definitely do not recommend it and more because it is not a hotel of step. They lack a lot in the service and attention to guest.

Hotel minimalist. Because there is nothing in the room. Or telephone. Lack of everything in the rooms. There are No ramps for the disabled. The breakfast is full of bees and the personal or inmutaba. Very expensive and without any amenity worth.

Outside this very nice, but the rooms have a lot to be desired, the towels, blankets, and mattress were very old, had no control for the television, and at 3am I wanted to complain about guests that made a lot of noise in the balcony, but Ohh surprise, no phone in the room had to complain at reception.
