Great place, its luxury facilities and an amazing view!

Our stay at La Casa Que Canta was perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The room felt like home. We had excellent service and the staff were all warm and engaging. The views are spectacular. I love to swim but I am not a pool person when on vacation, I prefer the ocean, however the salt water pool fed directly with ocean water became my favourite afternoon escape. The property is quite and the margaritas are perfection. We stayed for 9 nights and I would have gladly stayed longer. We will return to La Casa Que Canta ❤️

The location is spectacular and the views, especially from the restaurant and pool are breathtaking! The staff is amazing… always doing the little things that often get overlooked at other places. I love that everyone greets you by name and always ask if we need anything. My wife and I enjoyed this stay so much that we will most definitely return! You will love La Casa que Canta!

Just wow! This is a hidden gem. Great staff. This place is full and it feels like no one but my husband and I are here. So many artistic details everywhere. The crashing waves are the only sound.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The staff is kind and attentive to every detail, the setting is magical, and the food wonderful. On this trip our 18 year old son got severe traveler’s diarrhea and vomiting (not from the hotel food! ) and the concierge facilitated a quick taxi ride to a clinic, including explaining the situation to the doctor. After our return to our rooms we asked about where we could get jello. A couple of hours later they showed up with homemade jello and bananas for our son. They treat us like family and we feel so cared for here. Their care and assistance is second to none. My only suggestion would be to have coffee makers in the rooms. :)

The best hotel in town. As romantic as it gets. Some rooms have private pools. Stunning ocean views. Perfect for relaxing.

The service from the moment you walk in is top notch! All the staff are lovely! We will definitely be staying here again. I am also looking to book a special getaway for my mom and this is absolutely the place!

There is nothing about this place I would change. It’s quite, romantic with great views. The accommodations are first class, the food was amazing, we can not say enough about the staff; the kitchen even prepared a dinner with the fish we caught that day. I highly recommend La Casa Que Canta.

Booked our stay through SLH. Com and had no idea what to expect. Wow oh wow! By far the finest property with the best hospitality we have EVER experienced. So many thoughtful touches that I exemplify a FIVE STAR Hotel. The staff is warm and gracious. The food is fantastic and the amenities are world class. Multiple pools with tons of privacy with views to die for. I’m serious if you only take one luxury vacation your lifetime, make this your choice and I promise you will never regret itz.

I cannot say enough about our vacation at La Casa Que Canta. Our suite, replete with its own truly private infinity pool, hammock and huge private outside deck area was absolutely incredible. You will feel very special and will be treated to an amazing level of purposeful and sincere effort. We will be going back again very soon for sure. The food, the grounds, the special level of privacy, the views and then there are some very special extras that should be left as awesome surprises for you when you visit ~ Blown away and relaxed for sure ***** stars for sure.

Very cute and romantic, the first staff impeccable, the view is beautiful this echo to go as a couple, they have no TV and do not accept guys. I loved dining in the open evening in the middle of a seaside garden ✨

Sadly I tried to visit last night. After calling there was no answer so we took the cab over for dinner. The lights were off and the security guard that came up to us told said the place was closed permanently. This was a 5 Star destination for many and it will be missed.

Want to know the best place in Zihuatanejo…? Well, this is it. A breathtakingly beautiful view of the bay, the delicious food (whatever you ask), the staff impeccable in their attention, the price is high, but it is worth it perfectly. Very romantic and beautiful hotel — restaurant…!

The only thing I wanted for my Christmas vacation was to be near water, relax, read, & have on a bathing suit (as my main type of "outfit") … I got all of that and a whole lot more. This hotel was stunning. Our view from our balconies into the bay was breathtaking, both pools (the infinity and the salt water) were amazing, and the staff — from the beautiful floral designs every day on our bed, to the help of having things we needed brought up from the pharmacy made our stay… even more enjoyable. I have allergies and the restaurant was very attentive to what I could and could not eat. The lime pancakes were OUT OF THIS WORLD and the lunch special of Zihuatanejo white fish was just perfect. Our vacation here was beyond what I could have expected. Upon meeting and talking with other guests I can completely understand how and why some of them have been returning year after year for 10+ years. I can't thank everyone who made my holiday even more special and perfect. We will be back.

A wonderland of beauty with the most gracious staff. We’ve come every year for 15 years and one year we came twice! A home away from home. The hotel is the “bar of excellence” setting a standard that has yet to be met by any other hotel in the world. The town is peaceful and the business owners are pleased to see us. How fortunate we are to have this experience for 3 weeks this year!

Overpriced, food is good but not worth the money.

I cannot wait to stay here! The rooms are amazing. They have designed the place incredibly well. It's like you're always there alone. Exceptional service and Mar y Cielo is a fantastic restaurant! It's the Post Ranch Inn of Mexico.

The perfect service. However the cost of food is excessive, because of the food ratios served.

This is one of the most exciting and beautiful places I've been so far. The location, the friendliness of the staff, the restaurant. Just perfect.

Their restaurant mar y cielo is excellent. And thry accept contactless credit card payment via mobile wallets such as apple pay or android pay.

An absolutely out of this world experience and property. We had a room with a small splash infinity pool… cannot say enough of how beautiful. The hotel boasts a large salt pool as well. The waves smashing against the rocks was something to behold. The staff… super beyond. Wonderful service! Thank you! Views to die for. We did not once leave the property in 4 days… as it was a slice of heaven. Who would want to go anywhere if you are there? The restaurant's food. 5 star. Loved the whole experience.

We are here now and never want to leave! La Casa Que Canta has exceeded our expectations so far (we are discerning travelers) and we are already considering them again for our next Mexico trip. Views, room, amenities, food, service, location… it's a slice of Heaven… truly.

Amazing location, service and hospitality.

This resort was absolutely wonderful from the location, staff, food, and service. I could go on and on. We loved our room with our own Infiniti pool. Would we go back… yes! I highly recommend this resort.

You live with nature and is fantastic.

The spa here is great, very peaceful, relaxing, and the masseuses were very attentive and excellent at their job. Would definitely return!

Spent part of our honeymoon here in 2003 — Amazing! I can not wait to go back! The room was spectacular, the service was excellent! Staff was so accommodating and the entire hotel is fantastic! Wish we would have spent our entire time here.

Best hotel in the world imho.

This beautiful waiters are good and beautiful view.

Very famous for what it is. Very expensive and the waiters are very bad. No one can smoke throughout the hotel although not bother and is outdoors. There is no valet parking and you rise so that you move your car in the middle of dinner. And the food even if you bring it already cold is worse. I do not recommend it for a cup of coffee because it takes too. Very famous adqurida but not real.

I can honestly say that La Casa Que Canta is one of the best hotels in Mexico. The service was more than anything I could ever imagine. The staff was very friendly and professional and somehow always new what you needed. The suite we stayed at had an amazing view of the bay whether it was day or night, and everything we needed was at our disposal. We would spend the whole day just laying around enjoying complete relaxation. We were treated to a beautiful romantic private dinner by the hotel's saltwater pool that could only be described as magical. Flor took excellent care of us. The next night we had dinner at their restaurant where the atmosphere is just as calm and their food is unbelievable! Thank you Yesenia for a wonderful evening! I'm happy to say that we have finally found our piece of heaven and we'll definitively be coming back for more.
