Little attention from the staff😓 in the pool bar we expect a lot to be taken care of, it seems that the staff is burdened by doing their job, the staff that attends online, is excellent, but when the attention arrives is very little or almost no, lack of maintenance in all areas, although the hotel is nice, in short the attention of the staff is very deficient, plus many restrictions.
example: they do not let you have drinks or food in the pool area, (if you bring them from your room, or from outside) unless you consume from the same hotel, the problem is the one already mentioned, they make you wait a long time, and when they finally serve you they do not do it in the best way 🤷😓

Hermosisimo hotel, super clean, top facilities, very friendly staff and very comfortable everything, the beach is super close and all very well, I went 5 years ago and I hope soon to go back to.

It is a very quiet hotel there is a lot of privacy and has elevator we touch on the 5th floor a view very father has everything in kitchen to prepare food.

2 years ago the hotel was good, today your service is lousy, the facilities lack maintenance, you can just come for economic gain and do not care about the customer experience. The manager has no idea of what it does.

I'm going to this hotel for 23 years, once a year, and have always had excellent service, perfect for lounging, swimming pools very clean, the rooms are huge and have a kitchen equipped, the bathrooms are very large, as well as the spaces, the people are very friendly, when we have had any complication, we have always been taken care of very well, this is 5 min from the beach, and you can take advantage of to walk around and meet all the local restaurants and nearby, the rooms given you 2 more or less is important to take it into account in order not to be expecting, it is a hotel to REST.

The service of the waitress who serves the bar the pool the care and treatment is extremely esxelente and I wish you, and everyone in that hotel would be as she was a pleasure to be served by her, I highly recommend the hotel.

Good accommodation option in Ixtapa. The rooms or villas are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is old but the maintenance is good. It has parking close to the room, a couple of small pools, one with slide and snack service inside it. The restaurant is nothing of the other world, although the prices are affordable. The location is strategic as there are restaurants, pharmacy and up to a minisuper about 400 meters and el Palmar beach about 10 minutes walk away. It's annoying the inventory they make when you go in and out, but they lend you up to the spoons, so it's one for the other. The room has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave oven, electric grill, coffee maker, juice extractor) and a dining room. Check in is from 3pm and check-in hot at 10am (another negative factor)

Nice place and very close to the beach, the attention if it is somewhat failed and the restaurant does not have an extensive menu but the stay is pleasant if you are not looking for a great hotel.

Good place, very cozy, my recommendation would be a little more careful in the rooms there are stilts, nothing that with an insecticide ends them. From there on out very well. The care of your employees very good.

I went with my family for the first time to Ixtapa and I was 2 nights and 3 days and I attended very well, the people very friendly, the room very welcoming, very comfortable. The beach is near El Palmar, the shopping centre.

The facilities are good, ideal for a family that wants to make home life without big budget, unfortunately the staff is poorly trained in the treatment to the guest. They need courses. The very honest people, I left my glasses in the pool and the next morning I looked for them, they gave them to me.

It is excellent the place is very clean has a clean pools and chlorine-free and two bathrooms per room a fully equipped kitchen and family atmosphere is very good.

Excellent place to stay! Very affordable w clean spacious suites! Grt location! Situated w/in walking distance to grt eating & shopping. Very easy to get on numerous buses & do some exploring, such as visiting the stunning, beautiful Playa Linda & Ixtapa Island! Will stay here again & highly recommend to friends & family!

It is a quiet place to stay has the indispensable when X of course only come to sleep and you go to visit the beautiful beaches of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, there are deficiencies especially in installations old pipe and X example do not work the two lláves in a sink.

The worst Hotel, don't come here.
They charge extra things, they cater super bad and only go seeing what you bring to see if they charge corkage.
If you want a parents vacation and hassle free in Ixtapa definitely don't come here.

A centrally located hotel in Ixtapa comfortable and with pool facilities ample its rooms a little old but good infrastructure advisable to sleep or to be in the pool.

Well I stay almost a week and I was fascinated, the service the attention, the place is accessible so you can go to the beaches.
The only bad point would be that they don't have good sign for the Wi-fi. But from then on it was great to have been to this hotel.

The TV's are too small, the service is not good it seems that they are only to speak without desire, and there are no light contacts nearby. Eh been staying several times in the hotel and always all wonderful, has 2 pools, the rooms are pretty good, the staff always behaved very friendly, the rooms have integrated a functional kitchen, covered dishes, pots and refrigerator.

We have been coming here for years. The staff works so hard everyday to keep the grounds beautiful and the pools clean.
Yes, it is an authentic Mexican place and not like the luxurious places on the beach.
But it is fabulous. You are treated like family. And it is a true vacation. For a very modest amount of money.
Stop sweating the small stuff and be thankful that you have a place like this in Mexico.
