I'm from Uruguay… it's the first time we come to Acapulco … amazing place… with respect to the hotel highlighted nice service of waiters in general among them ALEJANDRO, BRISA, ANGEL, ANDRES, FELIPE AND ALL SOME PROFESSIONALS … spectacular food the chefs 10 points … very friendly and helpful cleaning service… very nice goal like FORTUNATO AND THE SECURITY SR … but what I DO NOT HIGHLIGHT at all is the RESEPCION of the hotel … very hard for the tourist … very little empathy in front of giving solutions so that the place is perfect, and zero education in front of the greeting. Quite ordinary answers Miss … but good the rest very nice thanks for everything to the outstanding staff in general. Is a see you soon.

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, except for a lady in charge of serving at the buffet, she did it reluctantly and served exaggerated portions despite one telling her that "just a little", it seemed that she would get upset every time I told her that less portion, I think they should let the guests serve themselves, with masks of course, but less wasted and it would be better, the lines in the dining room would not be so long.

but as it was family I do not mind the clean pools the rich and varied food aunq we arrived 5 min before q they will close the buffet they attended us and said q they would wait for us to q we ate and q there was traffic on the road was a very kind gesture of all the waiters and cooks
