A bad service the rooms had cockroaches, no light the air conditioning does not serve them, cockroach eggs, the rooms have poor hygiene.

Lousy service I have a video where we had to carry my mom to get in and out of the room why the elevators didn't work she requires a wheelchair and they didn't want to change the room I would never go back to that place😡😡😡

Terrible service they give rooms far away to disabled people and people with babies tell you that when the elevator does not work we call such a number but they end up doing crazy and do not answer I do not recommend it at all very bad hotel. Apart they take a long time to deliver the rooms and the worst thing is that you are dying of heat waiting for the delivery of your rooms.

The hotel is very old, it is neglected, there is nothing nice to do there since the pools are too dirty, the slide without maintenance, all the huge turn they make for the reception, Ami touched me a key that did not work, 3 times I had to go down to reception and they did not want to change it until maintenance will arrive, I lost 4 hours waiting for the room to open so I could take my things and take advantage of something of the day, the dirty, neglected rooms would never return.

Definitely lousy place, it is very neglected, although they changed our room we touched, one with cockroaches, another with rat poop, they never gave us the earthenware and very poor hygiene. I do not recommend.

Terrible service they made us wait more than five hours for the rooms when the reservation was already made three months ago, their elevators did not work and they gave me the rooms up to the ninth floor and it brought seniors, very rude despotic employees, the door cards were blocked a chaos, a lot of cockroaches, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

I could notice that they only clean the main pools, the Jacuzzi as it is hidden is very dirty.
The rooms are very dirty.
In addition to that they closed the main entrance and now you have to turn around more to enter through the parking lot.

It is very wide its view to the sea is beautiful the pools very well for me it was great we had a great time with little capacity with its pros and its cons something that we did not like was the restaurant service are very calm they take a long time and the cold and poor food the waitr alone I imagine q do not hire more staff and q do not expect to serve more than 20 people throughout the day I think as well as the quartermaster staff are few for such a huge hotel and I hope they improve as if I would like to return.

Despite the years the hotel has the facilities are in good condition, the cleanliness to the rooms also is. Unfortunately I checked the comments I read about that they do charges for stains on the towels to another guest. It's a little far from the beaches, but if you're looking for tranquility that's the right place. As a suggestion they have more control to allocate rooms because there were some people who up to 3 hours took to assign them.

An excellent hotel, a bit away from the beach, as a 10 minute walk from Caleta Beach, the hotel has more than three pools and pool, has bungalows and rooms for two, four and six people. It also has a slide even if it is only for members, you can enter paying an extra cost. It needs a remodel as it starts to look old. We expected the room would be nice, like how it appeared in the pictures but it wasn't. The room we got was dirty, unprepared and overall EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY WERE OFFERING. Everything was disconnected (tv, refrigerator, air conditioner, etc) and it was very dusty and Dirty. The club beach was very far away and there were police evewhere. The beach was really far away from the hotel. EVERYTHING was far away from this hotel, restaurants, airport, clubs, tourist attractions. It wasn't in the center. It took us an hour and a half to go from the airport to our hotel. It was expensive because we had to take a taxi everywhere because it was secluded from everything else. They charged us very much for six days and they didn't offer what we paid for. The linens smelled, the bathroom smelled, the table and chairs were very old and plastic, the mattress and pillows were old and so were the linens. They don't even clean the linens and they charge you an additional cost for them to clean them. I called the lobby to see if they could help us find a taxi and they simply said that we'd had to go to the street and look for one. The staff were not very helpful. I recommend that people save their money and go elsewhere because this hotel is not worth it. I will also never return to this hotel. I should of seen the reviews before, I usually do but I didn't this time around.

The hotel has a good location, a very good space, but this descuidadisimo, feel sad state in which it is located. Imagine the photos posted on the Internet but 5 years later maintenance-free for my was a real disappointment this beautiful port to reach and stay in a real posilga; I'll be back to Acapulco, but not these "Suites".
