Terrible hotel, the reception get into stealing, knock on the doors to know if there is anyone and take advantage, shooting with those reception thieves.

I did not like q the pool was only on the 8 pm you could not pass your cooler or wings tables and us tvs and controls do not serve but the employees if they were very helpful in everything k one asked them.

Comfortable, clean, excellent attention from all staff.

Unfortunately the service was not what I expected, the attention of the staff at the restaurant was not pleasant.
The waiter was apparently upset and had a bad attitude, he didn't want to provide the running food service, I tried to talk to his manager and he got very upset (it was rude)

Bad service fatal parking the staff is not trained and worse you tell you if you like it but nimodo already paid.

They have cockroaches in the rooms, I spent half an hour in the restaurant and they never came to attend me spoke to the manager and very despot the lord, he gave me no solution and they treat you as if they were giving you the lousy hotel service I do not recommend it and I never recommend I'll stay here again.

Hotel is really near the beach, like 3 minutes walking. Rooms are ok, not too fancy, but the price is also not to high.

When you make the reservation with a such Laura bravo to you and says you can pay with a credit card and when you get to the hotel don't accept it… cash only everything. The parking lot is very small … you have to leave your car in the street… the air conditioning does not serve… the water of the shower watertight by poor drainage… Very bad attitude at the reception. Lousy Place, people who say it's good is pure conformist people, the attention is super bad the manager never gives solution to anything they always say: if you don't like to retire.
The staff were very clean and the service was very bad.
And If you are a person like me who notices that you care well and have a nice family atmosphere let me tell you that here will NEVER attend well, there are smaller hotels and a bit of lower quality but even those hotels give you good attention, they treat you well, they have better cleanliness and better service.
For The experience I have had in several hotels here in Acapulco from the Grand Mayan (high quality) to the hotel Turquesa (low quality) Let me inform you that I would never recommend this hotel as they treat super bad. In Addition The pool is always dirty the 365 days of the year, are cleaner those of the hotels next door and is the Super black pool. In the photo attached to the pool on the right is the hotel Ximar, the pool on the left that is clean and always change is a condominium.

The sheets are very wrinkled as well as come out of the dryer … if it's very clean but very exaggerated with certain things, like not wetting the floor, you can't drink or eat anything in the pool unless you buy it there… and if there's not what I want? Your bar is empty and on your menu there are no drinks you will cask! And $2, 200 for a double room… it's not what I expected.

The waiter q attends in the pool is nothing attentive and my husband did not know what got out in his chilaquiles I hope this will serve to improve the service the hotel this Bn I liked and if I would return but cn a better service from his staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the waiter's staff is doing you a favor. One more drawback is that they don't let you eat or drink at the tables that are in the pool, only if you buy right there what you consume… what's the difference? If I'd come back.

It is one of the best hotels cheap in the area, the staff strives to give excellent service. Beds clean and comfortable, good zason in their restaurant and a nice pool. This located very near one of the beaches with certification of clean beach. It is a very safe place, with no crime problems. I assure you that you will have nice holiday. 100% recommended.

Pesimo this hotel. I wanted to q me back my money 2 days later q I had already paid for but never got a response. You want to come to rest since q you dead and that of be complaining and in the end to be there to force porq already paid and don't have another not this father. Here, they handle dd 4 stars.
