I wish I had stayed at a different hotel. The rooms were hot, the pool was green, all the restaurant inside were close, no room service.
The room: Gorgeous furniture. Clean. Comfy beds. Honestly, the best part of our stay.
The building: Charming. Quiet, despite its downtown location.
The service: I imagine the low demand/rate of business has not allowed this new hotel to work out their "kinks". We could not use their ATM machines on our first day, which wasn't the hotel's fault. However, I would have really appreciated if they had tried to solve the problem which they knew about on our first day. Every day, we asked if the ATM machines had been fixed, and they said no, but to not worry, we could use the restaurant's ATM.
By the time we had to check out, we had to wait about an hour before we could check out. I would have appreciated better preparation.
The food: Decent, but nothing to write home about.
All in all, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. With better service/technical support, this hotel could be great. It really didn't deter from the experience too much, as I do hope to come back!

This hotel is an old facility renewed in 2014. The hotel is nice; however, rooms are not very comfortable. The beds are a bit firm and there is a noisy bar right at the back corner that did not let me sleep well. So please ask for a room with a quiet status. The service is OK and breakfast is included. The location is great, so you can access downtown.
