Made us wait more than 2 hours to get our room. Had no food service, Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Room was very small, it at least had a nice view out the window.
I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The hotel isn’t fairly priced considering how small the rooms are and the mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. The water pressure for the sink is bad not much water comes out. The towel hangers are loose and it appears that maintenance attention is lacking. Breakfast gets old I wish they could change the menu a bit by the week day or even add some American options such as pancakes or waffles for it to advertise as one of the “nicer” hotels my expectations were a little high. The location is great since it’s connected to the mall and it seems safe with security. The housekeeper Vero was very sweet and the rooms were clean.

This place is AWFUL! I now understand how minimum security prisoners feel in jail as the "rooms" are SO SMALL! Ours had a cement wall 3 feet from the Window and we barely could move around in the room. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place over charges for pathetically small "rooms" and there are much better places in Durango! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
