Very poor service at hotel reception.

Nice Property. I checked in electronically for our overnight stay but we were greeted as soon as we walked thru the door. Lobby area is well presented, clean & tidy. Sanitizer & paper towels are plentiful, even in the elevator. Digital key worked fine. Room furnishing was up to date, spotless, with very comfy bed and pillows. We had a great night sleep with no disruption due to outside noise. Breakfast was as expected given COVID restrictions but I’ll be happy when it’s back to normal.
A couple of things could be added in the bathroom. (1) In the tub/shower there is a grab bar on the inside. For older customers like myself, it would be very helpful to have an additional grab bar near the outside edge of the tub/shower. It really helps getting in & out of the tub. (2) Two towel hooks on the wall next to the tub would be nice for wet towels. Currently there is only one.

Super good, all the staff very friendly, and the breakfast delicious.

In general nothing from the attitude of the receptionists that is still tolerated
but the breakfast service is a real piece of
more than 2 hours waiting for food and telling you why they haven't brought it to us yet, look they just came to take the order after two hours why it turns out that the young waiter went home in the middle of his shift
but here the wey is me for continuing to wait: p I'm not coming back.

Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. Pricing was affordable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great nearby restaurants. Included breakfast with stay. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re in Durango.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It looks brand new. We loved that there was no carpet in the room. The bathroom was nice as well. The staff was very friendly, and the front desk staff was bilingual. The location is great, and the breakfast is good. We'll stay here again.

You get what you pay for. This is a top shelf hotel and you get best service. Room was super clean. Personnel kind and took time explaining me all the details, (I have broken Spanish). If you can afford to pay, then stay!

Great nearly brand new hotel (as of spring of 2018) with the known amenities of a Hampton Inn, breakfast buffet included, very nice rooms with nice beds and pillows for a comfortable sleep, dark out curtains and an overall spacious room with modern decor, very centric location, highly recommended!

Lousy service in the area of the breakfast nook. Didn't even finish my fruit when the food, seriously intervene in the matter. They are not to have a care with the client.

An enjoyable experience. Right from the start this was a good place to stay. The rooms are clean and modern. Access to the hotel is easy. Breatfast was worth the time. I will be staying here again on my next trip to the city.

The hotel itself is very well comfortable beds like pillows excellent as the Hamptons but still not this the elevator of the parking lot Q you throw it down the stairs or by the ramp for the automobiles this is temporary for Q consider it before making reservation by IS Or don't qualify it with 5estrellas.

Very nice and luxurious, the staff incredibly attentive and very well trained, the first class facilities, the rooms a little above average cost, are building a small square next to the hotel, but it can still take to finish the project, It has ample underground parking but is still somewhat irregular. The best thing is the service.

Se encuentra sobre el blvd Francisco Villa, a un costado de starbucks, lo cual pudiera parecer malo por el ruido y eso, pero los cuartos están hechos de doble pared para impedir que el ruido de la calle moleste en tu cuarto, el servicio es increíble, todos son muy amables, te incluye un buffete de desayuno y servicio al gimnasio con vista al museo de arte funerario, la verdad es increíble y recomiendo muchísimo que vayan, encontrarán que es el mejor hotel de Durango.

A place to rest, and enjoy your stay. 125 spacious rooms, and very comfortable, with architectural details in them and the whole hotel. Gym in the 6th floor very central, underground parking. The rate varies depending on the day of arrival, usually lower on weekends. In a nutshell an excellent place.

An excellent hotel to showcase a weekend of it and enjoy it in this place.

Modern Hotel with spacious rooms and beds clean. Soft pillows. The breakfast included with the stay, it is a buffet simple. The Wi-Fi is also complementary. The best hotel of the city.

Probably the best hotel in Durango (and I have been in many of them). Excellent service and amenities. Rooms are new, clean and well-equipped. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is balanced, delicious and plenty, not the standard 'continental breakfast'. It does lack a restaurant, a pool and outdoor space.

Loved the room and the positive attitude of the employees but did not like the dust from the construction outside the hotel there is no dust control at all, and all it takes is little water.

Rooms are good and staff is also very humble, but the link location is not good… no restaurant is available in hotel and also nearby restaurants are not good.

It is a modern hotel, well located, with excellent service, the only bad thing is that they do not have happy hour with drinks and free snacks as in other Hamptons. Breakfast is included and very good.

Excellent Atencio, friendly staff, the place is cozy, only 3 stars as it has no restautant or parking.

Rooms are very nice and well equipped, however we asked twice for a cradle and didn't get it until the next day.

I think its only okay because you can't do nothing there with out people watching every move its annoying they act like you gonna steal something from that dumb ass hotel 2000 pesos was not worth it for one night the only thing is breakfast is Good.

By being conveniently located and in good conditions as k-m not like is the perzonal of ballet parkin take ajuego and esculcan carts guespedes and blame it on the watch I think k would be convenient to the camvio.

The hotel is beautiful, I reserved a king room with a sofa sleeper to assure the room would be bigger. When I arrived the representatives were having bit of an issue checking me in but after 15mins they were able to check me in. I go up to the room and realized it is not the room I reserved online. It had no sofa sleep and room was small. I tried to use the safe box and apperantly it was not working, fine I moved pass it but when I took a shower I slipped in the shower. The floor in the shower is very slippery after taking a fall I had to use a towel to finish showering. I am disappointed with my stay. On my reservation I was given a rate but when I checked out I was charged extra because the rate was not appropriate. I am sure I will not be returning.
