Nice italian restaurant for a fancier dinner. The courtyard out back has a very nice ambiance to it, very pleasant. The service was also very attentive, which was nice. As far as the food is concerned, we had the crab cake (daily special), the pizza (they will do two flavors if you want to split, but would like different things) and the garlic bread. The garlic bread was suprising, since it was a tortilla with garlic and cheese, but it tasted very nice. The crab cake and pizza were also good. Because of the location, the restaurant is quite touristy (I doubt we saw any locals dining there when we visited) and accordingly the prices are higher than in other areas of the city. Overall, we had a nice time and feel it was still worth a visit.

Great night out, service was excellent. Went above and beyond to accommodate gluten free options for our Celiac guest. Pasta and drinks were amazing.

Roasted Beet Salad, Pizza and dessert, all of these dishes were amazing. Seriously, the sticky toffee cake was so divine, I think I actually dreamt about it that night! The staff are wonderful, attentive, friendly and all round great and the food is prompt, excellent and mouthwatering. Every local I asked from taxi drivers to dive operators all recommended Guido's when I asked them so it's unanimously loved by everyone on the island and now I know why. It's the best Italian on Cozumel! It's right on the main waterfront avenue so it's easy to find and the garden dining out the back is gorgeous, especially lit up at night. Oh, and the wine pairing was perfect!

Some of the best Dishes on the Island. Listen to your waiter when he gives you the specials of the day! From the menu is great also. Plus the Garlic bread is addicting. It's there spin on garlic bread.

Magnificent. Sometimes they have the speciality of the day or season would be great they could leave the best for the fixed menu, it is very unfortunate to find a delicious dish and then know it was only for season. Great atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff amazing. Thank you I had no idea what to ask and I ended up with a recommendation from the grand waiter.

One of the reasons I visit Cozumel is to go to Guido's! The best Italian! During my week stay I go to Guido's twice. It's worth the taxi fare into town. Fresh, auAI authentic and great staff! Wonderful ambience in a partially open patio. Or sit at the front, any table for an ocean view!

It does not become a 5 my note because others in the area make you shade.
The beautiful dining garden, the flow of air that creates the breeze entering the garden, aided by the fans, make it very pleasant and enjoyable the stay.
The rich food: we ordered pizza Martgaritha, tuna tartar (which left a little to be desired), half sangria and the dessert parfait.
Don't stop if you go to Cozumel.

Right in the middle of San Miguel seaside. Italian (but not only) cuisine, and top notch food, everything from fish to meat is tasty and carefully prepared. The prices are in the middle "tourists" range (high for a local, very reasonable for a foreigner). Highly recommended.

Service was great and personable. The ambience was top notch. Food was hot it miss my girlfriend enjoyed the gulf octopus and the wines were good as was the gnocchi but I was disappointed in my calzone as it was a bit plain.

Simply the best Italian food in Cozumel, if not all of Mexico. Superb service. Have visited a few times, never disappointed. Scallops are amazing, Prime Rib is superb.

Octopus dish was very tasty. The French onion soup was one of the most unique but very good. The seafood pasta was bit bland. Overall a good place to eat on the main street on Cozumel.

It looks like a small place at the entrance, but it has a very nice patio, deliciosaaa food, very well served dishes, lasagna is the specialty and they have fish fillets with very original recipes, good service, quick attention! Ah Try the garlic bread, fresh out of the oven a delight!

This is our favorite restaurant and a must go to every time we visit Cozumel. The staff always provides great service and an even better menu. We have never been disappointed in food, the service we receive or the atmosphere in the restaurant. We recommend this restaurant every chance we get and have had positive feedback each and every time.

In love, is one of those places where you try dishes, desserts and drinks and everything is exquisite, has no comparison with the seasoning and presentation of each dish, the lasagna is fantastic, phenomenal, 10 to all. Ideal to meet friends, family or your partner.

We actually found this place because our diving instructor recommended it and so we really were exciting about if it's really that nice.
We stayed in Cozumel for one week and have to say: This one is definitely the best choice for an amazing evening with high quality food and reasonable prices.
The owners are amazingly friendly, take a drink with you and share the story of their restaurant with passion.
The food is just amazing — all the dishes we had were great, but we would recommend you the octopus salad, the Yvonne Pizza and the Lasagna. They have a really old wooden oven that makes the perfect Italian dishes.

We ate here because of a suggestion from a random couple we spoke to in an elevator. This place is amazing. We left our all inclusive hotel twice to eat here in the same day. The lasagna was to die for, service was perfect. We will be back, all the way from Dallas for amazing Italian food! Thank you!

This place was recommended to my husband and I by a very nice lady we met on our way to Cozumel and boy are we glad we tried it! The food was outstanding! I had the Pizza Bianca and my hubby had the Wahoo fish calabrese and both were wonderful! I also had the Sangria which I would definitely recommend plus our server, Felipe, was awesome! We would definitely recommend.

Great food at this restaurant and a very nice atmosphere. I had a variety of seafood which was all very good. They also have nice Italian food such as the lasagna. Many locals seem to eat at this place as well.

Amazing service and great food! We had Cesar as our waiter and he was a total sweetheart, he offered to take back an alcoholic beverage that he saw one of us did not like at no charge! He also offered to make our little one a little bed next to the table when he saw she was tired! Very sweet and outgoing! Our food was amazing as well as the cocktails! We tried their margaritas, pina coladas, homemade pizza and homemade pasta and they were all very tasty! Would highly recommend and would go back!

Plan to soak in the atmosphere, enjoy the amazing wait staff's attention to your needs and sip their Sangria! If you are in Cozumel, complete your trip with a meal at Guido's!

Simply delicious. I've been coming to Cozumel since 1993 and this was the first time eating at Guido's. Guido's has a romantic feel to it, with soft lighting and nice artwork. The servers know how each dish is prepared and are very attentive to their customers. Fish is local served the day it is caught. Pasta is homemade and the sauces are delicious. Although it costs more than some of the other restaurants on the island, it is well worth it!

A wonderful dining experience for our daughter and son-in-laws wedding dinner. The food was fresh and tasted tasted homemade. The Sangria was the best I have had. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had the King crab salad and 4 Seasons pizza… both were EXCELLENT! Our waiter, Felipe, was super attentive, very personable and made us feel so welcome. We also had the sangria which was very refreshing. Sitting in the outside courtyard was very romantic and cozy. We will definitely eat there again our next trip to Cozumel!

The most lively space to fine and WONDERFUL music! Most of any offering is good or even excellent. It us a bit of a pinch however that the wine, by the glass is 170 pesos minimum. About $850 +. Order the sangria for 90 pesos… about $4.75. Oysters gueso offered on occasion was not great. Dinners 220 to 350 pesos. Garlic bread much like an In dean nan is $2.20 and backed in pizza. Oven… $2.00. Enjoy. Expensive by our island standards but good. I live on the island. Staff is very nice!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! for kids the pasta is a must! And the garlic bread is fantastic! If you're in Cozumel this is definitely the best place to be. It's also a nice break from all the tourists and is more upscale. All of the employees were extremely polite.

We planned to go once during our week long vacation to Cozumel. It was so good we ended up going back a few nights later. The food was wonderful, as well as the service. It is our favorite restaurant in all of Cozumel.

This was my first time here. Very upscale interior with a secret hidden outdoor terrace in the middle. The thin pita styled garlic bread and King Crab legs were AMAZING! Excellent lasagna with tender pasta.

I am Yvonne's 1st cousin and I am very disappointed with her. She thinks the world evolves around her and everything around her is by her feet. She is fake and gossips about everyone including her own family. She even calls her own family white trash if they are not rich like her. Her father my (Uncle) Guido handed this business down to her already successful. Well I just have to say that no one in our entire family around the world is struggling. We all may not have millions like her but we are not hungry either. She must be desperate and lonely and looking for attention and I really feel sorry for her. It's a sickness and I hope she gets better soon… Your first cousin from your mother's side Miguel lara.

Loved the food, drinks and service!

I didn't hate it, but I would not go there again. We have been in the area for almost four weeks and we haven't experienced rude service until Guido's and I mean throughout the entire service. Our waiter completely ignored us when we said we'd like the check and instead he dropped the desert menu and walked away. As for the food, the pizza tasted ok. The ingredients were fresh, but the crust was thick and doughy. Also, be aware that all pizzas are made with oaxaca cheese, which isn't horrible, but certainly makes their pizza have a mexican flair. I love Mexican food. I love Mexican fusion, but this is billed as an Italian restaurant and it just isn't. The salad was tiny, as in it maybe filled a cup and the Duck Confit tacos are really two small duck egg rolls that are sliced in two. I get that they are trying to be unique, but call a spade a spade and be done with it. The space is beautiful, but was full of mosquitos. I had over 60 bites by the time we left. Bottom line, if you want a "home cooked" authentic Italian meal, rent a place with a ktichen and cook one for yourself. You'll save money and get a much better meal.

I'll be honest, I wasn't thrilled about the idea of getting Italian food on Cozumel. We live in Los Angeles, and there're numerous Italian restaurants which I consider fantastic there — I figured when in Rome, or more specifically, when in Mexico, do as Mexicans do, and eat Mexican food. However after seeing the Sangria, and the pizza oven, my heart softened, and we sat down to a terrific meal — easily besting other Italian restaurants that I've eaten at in the US (going head to head with New York with confidence ;). We ordered the garlic bread — I'd assumed it would be the standard baked loaf with a dollop of butter. Instead out came a just-baked crispy flatbread which was basted with a smattering of garlic and butter — a wonderful starter. I ended up having the prosciutto mushroom pizza, and they threw on some shrimp since I was looking for some seafood. The cheese was not your standard mozzarella (had hints of feta), and was just amazing on the very thin delicate crust. After the main course we decided to order dessert (very rare, but what's a vacation for? ). I ordered the sticky toffee cake, and was absolutely floored by just how delicious it was. The cake was topped with a creamy toffee syrup, and on the side was a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. I've had my fair share of steak-house hot chocolate cake (gooey center), and this was in another universe altogether.
