This place is a mix of good and bad. The view is amazing! The food is average at times and sometimes below average. The service is consistently poor. Good luck trying to make reservations for on of the 2 sit down restaurants. We got turned down 2 days in a row. The drinks are very poor quality and the lines are long. The price is very cheap… So you get what you pay for. If price and view are all that matter than its a great deal. If service, drinks, and food matter to you… Then find a different place.

Everything was great, the service, the food, location and the employees. I wouldn't change anything drastically, every resort has it's own touch.

It's a good hotel. Very friendly staff and good food. It is located on a very beautiful beach. With facilities at the foot of the beach. A snack restaurant highly recommended. It has a night show every day. And a kids club that kids are going to love. Ideal to enjoy a family holiday.

The waiters, waitresses and bar tenders provide excellent service. All receptionists at check-in and restaurant hosts give very poor customer service. The rooms and pool were clean. The entertainment and buffet they provide is average. Twenty minutes away from downtown. The ocean waives are strong are moderately strong, swim at your own risk. A guest from the hotel drowned during our stay.

It's a good hotel. It's not the best in town but it's just what you pay for. The view that the rooms have is beautiful.

It is a quiet and classy hotel that leave a good taste in your mouth. It has a nice beach and a pool with hot water. It has an elevator and all inclusive services. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

For the price it's not worth it, no Wi-Fi, has the old stinky motel smell. Can't use pool past 8pm. Buffet is recooked food that they gave earlier in the day. Local beach is dangerous. Only redeeming qualities are the pool is pretty cool scenery is great and has access to the dangerous beach. I can't get over that stink the rooms have but there is definitely potential here. If they gave actual good food, took the stink away, added free Wi-Fi, and gave full 24 hour access to pool this place can be great or also if they charged 1/3 of the price!

In relation price-quality is good, the shows and the kids club is also excellent, the bad thing is the beach, you definitely don't you can paint yourself, look a little old facilities, but well kept, the food lacks a bit, is good but getting more passable or edible to delicious.

Location is great with direct access to the beach. Large swimming pool. Gym accessible for all guests. Food choices are good on the all included buffet. There is small pool for kids with water slides, that would benefit a refurbishment. WORST WELCOME that I've ever received: hotel refused us to get off our bus us as we arrived too early, we had to pay for breakfast for first day (while we had already paid for an 'all included package'), very poor reception desk supervisor using all bad hotel tricks (pay premium for getting the room quality we've already paid for, trying to get us to pay an extra night that we've already paid, charging us for a 5min phone call to clarify the situation with our travel agency…). Wifi is not part of "all included". If you want to pay for Wi-Fi in your room, you've to state it at check-in as not even all rooms are covered by paying Wi-Fi… An other guest had an issue as the hotel wanted to charge him for something already broken in the room when he arrived… Overall, go there only if you're ready to have an argument with reception desk… it's a shame as the location is great and remaining of the staff is very smiling and helpful.

Nice place, attentive staff, excellent animation team, only the main pool very dirty. (responsible for users who do not give the correct use). Security (they do well their worked). Staff was rude, unfriendly and unaccommodating. This surprised me as all of my other experiences in Mexico have been quite the opposite. We cancelled our reservation and found a much nicer hotel for the same money with lovely staff and facilities. (Camino Real, also in Manzanillo. ) Not sure what the problem is with this hotel, but I was not the only one requesting to see the manager. There was another family there who were trying to get their money back because they said the hotel was dirty and the buffet food unacceptable. Felt like we dodged a bullet. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!

Everything is was good for me except the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and you had to pay extra for that to.

A nice place to rest. They have lowered the quality of the food, some foods seemed to be overheated for 2-3 days. Of the rest is excellent.

It's a nice beach, but the facilities and some of the people who attended US didn't do it with a good way, I just hope they get better because the truth has great potential.

By far it is the best hotel in Manzanillo, every time we return to the hotel we realize the continuous improvement they have, the food, the attention, the facilities, in short, this is a hotel where the price-quality so you pay is worth each weight. Highly recommended.

Very good service, the staff very attentive, the rooms and the hotel in general are kept very well considering the years that the hotel has. The children's area is fine, and my daughter loved a nocturnal activity for children of "hunting" crabs. The food tastes good, but that is quite subjective to the likes of each one.

Great food coupled with great tabñe service and clean rooms. Only thing missing is a little more maintenance on the incoming ocean water.

The hotel is beautiful and has a beautiful view, the problem is with your food. I got sick from eating shellfish at their New Year's Eve dinner. Unfortunately I was not the only one and several hotel guests also got sick. The hotel must offer quality clamping for the price one pays. Also the administrative staff was unkind to expose my complaint.

Really the site is very good, the attention is excellent but based on the tip, you get to feel and that's not good, it seems to qualify your face and attitude to the tip ability you can get to give. There is a very attentive Coast Guard service. But there is more vigilance to avoid robberies on the beach, that although it is public the hotel is the one that wins the bad reputation. Finally it is advisable but consider this.

Very cozy place, ideal to go with family, focused to children, has an amazing view, access to the beach somewhat uncomfortable but already being there is amazing. It only has 2 pools, there is no adult pool, if you plan to go romantically it is not so quiet because of the amount of children. The food was delicious and the service great, the people super friendly.

All of your employees are very kind. Excellent service. The location of your beach is the best. For 300 pesos you have a view of the sea. Although you will not always be in the room because if pool has everything you need.

Good access to Beach, very good service at the speciality restaurant. The buffet restaurant are generally good, but nothing very remarkable, there are certain drinks that are not included and you have to pay extra. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, very good treatment by staff.

The place was okay… Nothing great. The hotel is dated. The best thing is the rooms have A/C… Manzanillo is humid. Food is included. Which was okay. You can't beat the price… Therefore you get folks from all over Jalisco, Guadalajara.
