First time coming to manzanillo & being clueless of where to stay. Highly recommend Hotel Marbella. Friendly staff good room & very good price. 24hr security & in house restaurant. Your not able to go into the beach due to rough dangerous waters but your about 15 mins drive to where you can take the family for a swim. 5 mins away from market & walking distance to restaurants and a mall They have 2 pools (Nice & Clean) open till 10pm. They have a kid pool. With the money you save staying here you have enough money for some shopping or maybe another pit stop.

Excellent deal! without a doubt whenever I come to Manzanillo this is my favorite hotel.

We have been customers for 25 years, and the truth is not that happened with the service, level and category of the guests, has demeritado the concept that we had of this hotel. On this last visit in this hotel we had it all: lack of security for rooms, (we found the door open of the room for the night). Toilet poor in general and bathroom of the room dirty, pool area dirty (cloudy water). The restaurant staff is not competent, leave you a good time without attention, having to claim the service. The common area used by guests do not have restriction becomes valid again-hours (from 7:00 to. M. Screaming to do their thing and it's 12:00. M and remain the same)
One comes to rest. For finalisar, what a shame that for my next holidays have to rethink all of this.

Leaves much to be desired the staff very bad side serving of bad food, very little stuck to the maids good wave but the people in the restaurant bad service we were discriminated for going in a group, everything paid that we only had the right to orange juice and water for horchata for all other drinks of the menu were not available to us makes it lack a lot to that hotel 0 recommended not worth paying for to be there Very Bad Service.

Very good restaurant service and very clean rooms, great place to stay.

It is a very quiet, family friendly place with good staff treatment, at night there is surveillance throughout the hotel including parking. When one leaves the room to another place or beach, the staff takes advantage to make the room toilet and I did not miss a pin! That speaks very highly of a hotel. All very clean and nice, you change towels for the pool every day! Of course I come back and recommend! (I just returned this past Sunday, July 7, 2019).

The hotel is a bit old but good to stay for a day or two. The hotel is sea facing, but you cannot swim due to undertow waves. The AC works only in on or off mode only, no temp control, so you have to wake up in night to switch it off.

I'd give it 2.5 stars if I could. The AC didn't work in the first two rooms I was given, then the third had AC but no control over the temperature. All the rooms were clean for the most part except for the previous occupant's trash that was never cleared. Also the mosquitoes were torture and there were no attempts to control them inside or out. On a positive note I never felt unsafe, the grounds were clean, and the staff was quick to respond to my complaints.

Very Good food, the paella and the fillet of Snook to the Galician one, it is worth a getaway to enjoy the food and to make a table to wait for the sunset with a coffee and a dessert.

It Is A very family hotel, it is well cost-benefit, the place is in good location close to a shopping mall, restaurants, Soriana etc, the room with sea view and very spacious, what I did not like that the mark that is in front of the hotel is open sea waves very large And you can't get in but from there on it's all great.

Excellent value for money if you get offers through trivague or similar. We went with the kids in a quadruple room for about $750 per night. It is not a particularly refined hotel but rather something populous and not very comfortable… but the experience on the beach and the pool for children is 100% recommended for that price. They lend you the towels for the beach and the restaurant is pretty good. The location is also perfect as it is on the main avenue of Manzanillo and you have several restaurants and even a shopping mall that you can walk to. Considering the overall quality of the hotel and the rooms, however, I would not pay more than that to stay at this hotel.

The pool warm and the friendly staff, we only had a problem with the bathroom which we were sorted out in a day, overall good.

Excellent service and they are very friendly, it is very comfortable, but you can not leave things on the tables next to the pools, because they were taken by other guests and goodbye. I do recommend it. And if I'm going back and it's not expensive.

We like it a lot in relation to its cost is better than the other hotels that are in their category and in their costs congratulations, they could pay more attention to the reception staff there is a young man who always caters for bad.

It is close to several shopping malls and at least 3 nightclubs. Very quiet and good attention, although during my stay the hotel stayed several times without Internet. The pool is very nice, with a view to the beach. I recommend it to spend it with family.

Atmosphere Trankilo The restaurant well nothing fancy but if very nice… The staff is human they treat you like they are not behind you to see that you occupy… If you take it you ask it that easy.

We came to manzanillo for a two week vacation from Washington state. I think we expected that since it was a tourist town the staff might've had at least one person that spoke even minimal English. We made do with the Google translation application but it was still a little difficult to ask any questions and get answers. They however do have a great view, easy access to the beach and the swimming area was nice and clean. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning which was VERY good. All in all I enjoyed the stay.

All in all the hotel is pretty good, close to some shopping malls, and has parking, the rooms are pretty good, although the bathroom in my opinion is a bit reduced of space, the lighting in the room can be improved as it is too dim. They should consider installing an elevator, although they are only 3-4pisos, for older people it is heavy to climb so much ladder.

Its simple and nice, the places are calm and the sea is wonderful. The sunset is incredible to see.

Excellent hotel! The attention was a luxury! Food or talk, of the best Spanish restaurants in the country! The beach is beautiful and I was lucky that the sea was very quiet and you could swim!

Budget Hotel Well kept, remodeled executive type on one side of the City Express. Family atmosphere, quality-price ratio of 100. Don't expect anything fancy but the newly modeled rooms offer what any executive hotel. Large pool and a small baby. Palapa and garden next to the pool. Facing the sea that being open sea is very chopped, be careful if you are not expert, very good breakfasts and dinners in quantity and price and even a very rich buffet small variety but enough. Its Spanish restaurant The nets is of the best of Manzanillo, very good chef, delicious but expensive dishes. Good variety of wines and liqueurs. Its specialty is paella, Chamorro, Cortes, Serrano Ham exported since the owners are of Spanish origin and they serve the business.

Nice place, very good attention, only q if you go with kids to the beach is a little dangerous as the beach does not have breaks hellos.

I had already visited this hotel on two occasions and asked my husband to come back because I found it clean and tidy but we had played on the ground floor, in front of the pool. Now we got room on the second floor my perception changed as the walls are very dirty in the corridors, the stairs, the handles to traverse the curtains, the floors, the bathroom, the loose hillside; I was not pleased at all, I tend to be very fussy and all those details do not seem to me of quality in the service and may have to reconsider returning here.

Excellent deal all clean with surveillance cameras in the hallways and shower next to the pool which is a few steps from the same beach. What I really liked was that it has a hotel parking lot. It's safe and economical.

Already van three times that I am staying in this hotel and in this occasion the water of the swimming pool was very dirty of color green that is unpleasant.

On Sundays you can order paella "para llevar (to take out) ". The order will feed 6-8 people and is delicious. Bring your own container and save 30 pesos. The paella is prepared in the traditional method. It has generous portions of chicken, shrimp, clams, and crab.

Rooms very clean and comfortable and with view to the sea, the sea in that area is very finely chopped but still you can enjoy very well, the pool is clean, if the restaurant is full for the breakfast, you can walk to a plaza that this is a few blocks from there and the food is very rich and at a good price, otherwise the restaurant has delicious food for a higher price, only that the waiters are a little distracted and take some time to assist you.

Great price, beautiful beach, great pool, good room, but the bed was as hard as a rock, and so were the pillows! My wife and I enjoyed our 3 nights at the hotel, because with the money we saved on lodging, we ate at great restaurants and cafes all over Manzanillo! Great place if you are on a budget, and better than the Fiesta Mexicana. If you need a little luxury in your vacation destination, this is NOT the place for you! If you are within driving range of El Psso, TX, consider driving there, take a shuttle to the airport in Juarez, MX, and fly to Guadalajara, MX on Vivaaerobus. ($125 r/t) Rent a car ($7/day for a full-sized Nissan Versa! ) and book this hotel ($41/night) through Expedia. 4 days/3 nights of Lodging, Transportation, Food and Fun for 2 people for only $750! As an added bonus, on your drive back to Guadalajara, you to see the twin, active, snow-capped volcanos of Colima, MX.
