Within the basic very good and pleasant.

We had an excellent stay at this venerable hotel. The room was clean, cool, well lighted and quiet. Also very close to beach and pool. Grounds and rooms kept immaculate by very hard working staff.
Restaurant has hours to only 1PM week days. The breakfast that comes with room is very good. The beach is safe (though sand bottom not too interesting for snorkelers). The malecon nearby is a nice popular walk for locals and tourists alike.
If I return to Manzanillo, I will definitely stay there again.
