Great place the rooms are beautiful let's say inside the caves always cool inside no need to turn on air conditioners lovely place the owner from champions I hope it's not inventive.

B &B very pleasant, warm and well located.

Just spent for business reasons only one night, unfortunately, in this beautiful and well-kept place! Already from telephone contacts with Barbara I was able to perceive her kindness, in person even more together with her whole family! (The brother, who I later found out was, at night advised us where to park) A place with a scent that remains in your heart, the rooms inspired by two figures that I love Marilyn and Audry very clean and very particular especially in the wall structure like all the B&B for the rest! I slept in very comfortable beds! In the morning the goodies the Tiffany-inspired cups for a breakfast overlooking the street where it stands (it seemed a bit Like Paris) the smile and kindness of Barbara the perfect hostess! You can't go to Arezzo and don't stay overnight in this little pearl! See you soon.

Originality, cleanliness, hospitality, tranquility. Everything wonderfully satisfying! The room is a wedding box as well as everything else, cared for in every detail. Recommended!

Very nice B&B in the center of Arezzo. Hist family very welcoming and helpful. Charming rooms reasonably priced.

We went back in the evening and the next day… nice… a flow of remarkable people… even the seconds are up to the name.

Ancient house transformed divinely in B&B with themed rooms… friendly and helpful managers… clean and quiet rooms breakfast tasty… especially central with parking at 500 m…

Good location, parking is free and paid over the Petri dish. Renovation of old-style plastered rough but with some fresh details, really beautiful. With attention to detail. They very kind. Breakfast at the bar nearby, very kind too. Would stay here again. Arezzo is lovely as day max stage two.

We visited Arezzo during Winter Time on a trip across Tuscany. I was hooked by the charming look of rooms pictures on line so we booked for one night. Checking in we had the GOOD surprise of the place being event better than it seemed. Professional but still really friendly staff, astonishing rooms and an over all compelling feeling of an ancient and modern meeting for good. It's a bit more expensive (just a bit) than other B&Bs but definitely worth the extra cost.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast located right in the heart of the historic centre of Arezzo, near the Duomo and other attractions. The hotel is housed in a beautifully renovated period building with taste and originality. The owners have been very friendly and hospitable, they didn't even choose, between two, which room we prefered. We opted for the Marilyn room because of its peculiarity and bigger.

A nice experience for find a traditional location where you can feel comfortable like in your home and in the same time be in the middle of one of the most nice and ancient places in tuscany.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Arezzo and from there you can easily reach by foot all artistically important historic sites. For the bed and breakfast is a small work of art as it is housed in a historic building and the rooms are elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts. The staff are helpful and approachable. Breakfast in the bar. Only "minus" which of course in the historic centre between ZTL etc is non-existent. But luckily there is a large free car park just behind the city wall and reach the bed and breakfast is quick and easy with the escalators that lead up to the Cathedral that is 20 meters from the Bed. I highly recommend it.
