Nice hotel on the strip. Close to the beach and shopping. Lots of restaurants in the area. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Breakfast is included.

I booked a 4-night stay and checked in on Monday 12/29, originally assigned to room 706. Everything was fine until Wednesday, when I returned from exploring town and my key card stopped working.
At the front desk, my key card was reactivated. No questions asked, but when I returned, I discovered the room had been reassigned to another guest, and I walked into a room containing someone else’s personal belongings.
I was asked whether I had left any personal belongings behind. I had not. Regardless, the room was paid for and assigned to me for multiple nights.
The front desk associate was polite and tried contacting her supervisors, but no management was available. She explained the system showed my reservation was always for room 708, even though I had been staying in 706 since check-in. Key card and envelope had 706 as my proof it was 706 the front desk Myrna seen for herself.
Although we were eventually given another room, the safety and privacy failure is unacceptable. I am still awaiting a response from upper management regarding this incident.
Both rooms lacked cleanliness, didn’t have a clean scent in the most obvious places restroom, shower, counter tops.
