Hotel Posada Comala

We stayed there for 2 nights and had a terrible stay. The first morning we had no hot water and took a very limited shower. I complained twice that day and the gentleman seemed to understand the issue and took off to "fix it. " This is after not having hot water in the morning and me reporting it to the person at the front desk which she said she'd take care of it which wasn't done. The 2nd morning still no hot water. Our room was right next to the restaurant and the employees arrived around 6:30 to start their day and made so much noise we couldn't sleep. And lastly, the beds were terrible. Lumpy and in need to replacement. One more also, there was a water leak in our bathroom from the sink which I also reported.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great stay. As soon as we entered the room, I removed the plugged in air freshener. It was nasty! Left the door open to air out the room from the hideous air freshener.
The king size bed was comfortable. Air condition was quiet. The hot water knob in the shower broke the first time we used it but was fixed promptly.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Our window looks out at the courtyard at the back with trees by the dry river.
No elevator.

Not bad for the price. The only thing it rained and water was coming in our room. Great location. Highly recommend the breakfast there. 😍

Great location with off street parking… bed was very comfortable… need to do a better job cleaning the common areas… great prices.

Nice place. Access is perfect. The only draw back is if you want a street level floor you'll have to walk down three level of stairs.

Amazing place to stay in, the rooms are nice and cool for hot days like now, amazing room service and the food is amazing there. It's right by a river so it's a perfect place to go and relax, also amazing place if you like photography, they have peacocks roaming around and you can also find some wild birds by the river every now and then. Definetly a place to stay in if you visit Comala!

I had an amazing time at this place. It is the hotel with the most privileged view within the town of Comala. Excellent service and a super friendly treatment in its cafeteria and spaces. I recommend it 100%

The Service was good but when I woke up there was ants and some other small animal.

Go for breakfast every morning. Place is clean. Service is great.

Bad treatment and lousy service, the staff steals and at reception there is no one to watch who enters.
They took $200 pesos out of a family member's bag and sculpted our bags.
I don't recommend it at all.

Puff. Nothing recommended, the staff has nothing reliable, honesty is a very important value and in that place you do not know the truth lousy service!

They do not have honest staff, on the contrary they wanted to steal a cell phone, at all I recommend it.

The hotel and the rooms excellent, clean, very friendly and attentive reception, there was only one detail at breakfast, disorganized and slow in service and an oversight in the kitchen there was a piece of plastic in the beans and the manager did not apologize until I asked the waiter to will tell you what happened, the hotel excellent.

Excellent service, friendly and trained staff. They make you feel at home. I will definitely come back.
