Staff were very friendly, the room was decently clean and I liked the location.
Our room had no towels or blankets, which would have been nice, but we survived. Cute creek running beside the restaurant which was really nice and relaxing to sit by.
We stayed there for 2 nights and had a terrible stay. The first morning we had no hot water and took a very limited shower. I complained twice that day and the gentleman seemed to understand the issue and took off to "fix it. " This is after not having hot water in the morning and me reporting it to the person at the front desk which she said she'd take care of it which wasn't done. The 2nd morning still no hot water. Our room was right next to the restaurant and the employees arrived around 6:30 to start their day and made so much noise we couldn't sleep. And lastly, the beds were terrible. Lumpy and in need to replacement. One more also, there was a water leak in our bathroom from the sink which I also reported.

Love the hotel! My family stayed here for 10 days and we loved the rooms design, we had room 105 and 106 and they were connected! The shower however the knobs aren't fancy really but there's a large square showing inside the walls behind it, and it took forever to heat up. However am not sure if it's mexican culture or not so this won't impact the review. The resteraunt is cute and I love the creek next too it. Overall pretty hard to reach because of a steep hill and sharp turn but otherwise it's a really nice place. I would love to stay again! Thanks for the experience!
