Bad, lousy, terrible and nothing ethical or friendly the receptionist's attention. The hotel does not deserve this type of staff. The guy is a guy is like 35 years, wears lenses and speaks very soft but very serious… The place is small but comfortable. As the saying goes the first impression is the one that counts and by the degrading attention I received I will give only 1 star.

Very nice n clean hotel, the staff is very polite n friendly also helpfull if you have a question or need something they r there for you. The hotel is right next to a park which is right next to downtown Colima. It makes it easy to go shooping. No it doesnt have a pool or have a giant looby but it has everything u need to relax and have a restfull sleep and great prices.

Very good comfortable quiet place the rooms are small but they are very good and the restaurant very rich, they have good flavor, the only thing is that the sauces do not itch.

We liked so much the hotel, the location, the rooms and the best of there were the attention of the night staff and the receptionist… We faced lot of troubles related to the room, we reserved and wen I arrived they didn't had our room as they told me through phone, also once we got the room we saw that the bathroom was dirty and laso we didn't have towels… So we roses a claim about this situation and the night staffs helped us really fast to solve the troubles.

Bare-bones hotel, very cheap. One of the smallest rooms I'd ever stayed in, but the bed was comfortable and the inner garden was quite nice.

This very beautiful and very comfortable and in downtown Colima.

At the time of the visit a good section of the hotel was remodeling so it had fewer available rooms. The front desk person was helpful and helped find solutions to our needs. Hope that soon finish them works to follow being the pleasant experience of other occasions.

Very cheap and amazing atmosphere!

Maravillosa ubicación y servicio.

Horrible. The single rooms are a few mousetraps. The scandal that make the employees gathered in the reception didn't let you sleep at night and the noise of their laughter expands across the aisle. In other hotels I have placed two towels per day, bottles of water and linen change is daily: here you receive with a paper where you say it is not your obligation to give you water and use towels and linens more than one day! In addition, the receptionist is a rude person who's unknown about the good treatment of the client. Lousy, the next time I am looking for a hotel with better treatment though it is more expensive.
