I don't know what krispy Kreme doughnuts have to do with you, today was the first time I went shopping there at the hotel because I was in passing and it was the worst thing I could have done!
Buy 2 boxes because my kids were cravings and horrible doughnuts! Super hard it looked like they had days!
First and last time we bought there in city express Torreón
Worst of all, in one post I saw more people complaining about the same thing and deleted the posts!

En el 4 piso en la habitación que me asignaron el aire acondicionado hacia ruidos feos y lo peor de todo fue cuando al querer marcar a recepción para reportarlo no funcionaba tuve que bajar a decirles de los imperfectos que tenía en la habitación pero no lo solucionaron arreglen el desperfecto y es un gran hotel que te inspira descanso.

It's disgusting, there are workers remodeling the hotel but I don't know how dignified to close. At least they should leave some hallway separate from the play. The hotel has six years and is a porqueria.

Since 6 years we have stayed there, a nice tratro and all the staff is very enabler! And in Ciudad Juarez we have stayed in City junior in front of the consulate and not to us liking. In Querétaro we stayed at City Suites emseguida plaza Antea and super excellent service and attention. And in Mexico city we were always in Cityexpress Plus and also super recommended!
