Very Nice and Has a Pool And Good On The Price.

Excellent beds, linens and pillows! It does not matter q so much we get tired of working at holiday inn Piedras Negras make you feel attended to and with the security of a great night's sleep.

Always a nice service, great hospitality and food!

The hotel was extremely clean. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! I will be staying here every trip down to Piedras!

The people are very friendly in all ways.

Ac was not working asked the front desk to come check it out and they did. They figured it didn't work well and have me another room with no problem. My room didn't have a fridge so asked for one and they brought me one. Bed was very comfortable and room very clean. The breakfast was very good as well. Great experience!

The view was very nice but this time it was not the best but I liked the new and remodeled room on floor 1

Great service and hotel for the price! Located near down town I had a great time, the chilaquiles in the morning where the best!

Es un lugar a un excelente precio, para los estándares de Holiday Inn Express y ahi es donde radica su mayor valor… Le doy cuatro estrellas y creo que es justo, a pesar de la subjetividad de nuestras opiniones. Lo que le resta es el baño, ya que el agua se sale irremediablemente del área de regadera, hay que poner una toalla extra para que el agua no se extienda. El desayuno es sencillo pero completo, frío y caliente. Lo positivo, limpieza, amabilidad, ubicación, está recientemente remodelado y le han equipado con unas muy buenas camas dónde descansé de maravilla, que es la razón primordial de un hotel. Periódico gratuito, Wi-Fi, gimnasio, alberca. Por el precio se hace una ganga 100% recomendable…

I have stayed here for many years, they keep renovating the areas. Breakfast is good. Personnel is attentive.

The hotel was nice and well taken care of, but at check-in they gave the same room to two separate people. So after I got up to my room another guest entered my room with a valid key given to them by the front desk. This obviously made me feel not very secure and I was afraid to leave anything valuable in my room when I wasn't there. I probably won't be staying here again.

Business or pleasure Holiday Inn hotels are always an option. Breakfast is good more not excellent and limited in choices (it's more of a lunch)
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff is efficient and attentive.

The only thing I don't like is that the cleaners could come in without permission and even play knowing that one is in the room and also being one in it they come in and not touch the staff that they give only to ask with this and if we were offered something that badly educated in no knock first and wait for one to open the door not only will you make it without asking now that as if one is in your affair or walks naked dique because one has privacy but so not VERY UNPLEASANT THAT TREATMENT.

I love to stay in this hotel, not only do they have the best hospitality but they truly do have the greatest people working here with a huge heart and care for your need. I highly recommend this hotel, if you're in Piedras Negras this is where you should stay. Restaurants, taco stands, and stores are all walking distance.

The Place is clean, the beds are comfortable. Tel Place has self-service laundry. But there is no restaurant nor room service.

Excellent venue. Just what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Accomodations were great, staff was friendly.

It Is A very nice hotel to stay: quiet, rooms and facilities always clean, and serve buffet breakfast in the mornings in a large timetable.

In my experience all the 1st floor was closed due to remodeling. No room service or restaurant. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

The service is Moei well, Mrs Esther, who attended me is extremely friendly. There is variety in food near the hotel and the most cool is that there is pool. The downside is that I did not have time to enjoy the whole hotel, but if I step again I will not hesitate to visit it again.

Just a hotel. Maybe the best plain hotel of the area in the Mexican side. There is really not much to do here, but having this hotel was quiet reassuring.

The parking is easy to access, when entering the living room the staff showed warm and helpful, I quickly informed the place of my meeting and they accompanied me not to miss me.
