Due to what happens to us in the world there are many closed hotels and thanks to the staff who professionally attended us the reception girl very friendly and very professional since she executed her protocol and still did not physically see a dresser I thank for the room lucio and smelled clean as always but felt a healthy atmosphere in the room although sadly the loneliness is ugly for that reason for serving us and for not closing the house of those of those who have to go out to work even in this contingency I offer my sincere thanks to each and every one of those who made sure and pleasant my stay at such a familiar Hotel Holyday Inn THANK YOU!

It's a shame that after our wedding we did in the Hotel lounge The only thing we got for the room were some takis, no flowers or anything for newlyweds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although I think it takes more variety in the service of the buffet…

I spent almost three months here for work and the staff was great. The rooms were cleaned daily by a fantastic group of housekeepers. The front desk crew spoke English well and were very friendly and outgoing. There was a small pool area and exercise room. There is a restaurant attached to the lobby area that has good food. The one downside was there was no microwave in the room.

A very classy hotel, just like other Holiday Inn hotels. The rooms are quite large with decent sized beds. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and the facilities are varied. There are many services inside the hotel such as laundry (even quite expensive) a pool and a restaurant. The location is good although it could be better (anyway there is not much to do in Monclova). The hotel breakfast is not very good and the pool is cold but it is still worth staying there if you are on your way to another place.

Everything had been excellent until after paying breakfast the waiter demanded extra tip after he had already been given. As the group was large you will be paid double the total tip that was your corresponding. And he still demanded separate gratuity from each couple. I am a regular customer of your hotel. And it hadn't happened. Until now. Super bad experience today.

Very good location on the main avenue the food of the restaurant very well and the staff very friendly. The only bad thing is that the elevator did not work.

I stayed at this hotel on Christmas Eve through Christmas Day. The Hotel was fine, just as advertised. The problem is the help, the people are completely ignorant and lack leadership. I was told that my card information was only to "hold" the room and not going to be charged. Well, I was charged and after a few days they advised that I should wait a week and my money would be refunded; It was not. They then said I had to speak with their accounting dept. Manager, etc. At the end of the entire thing they negated to admit that I was charged, even though I sent them a receipt from my bank. This is the worst help and least structured hotel I've ever been to. I am a frequent stayer and this is unfortunately and gladly the last time I stay at one of these hotel chains!

The hotel is very comfortable, and very close to anywhere in monclova you need to go. The restaurant is a huge plus. The food is good and the fact that you can charge your meals to the room is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of fruit, which is good, but the rest of the food is either salty or insipid. This only applies on breakfast though. Overall, a good experience that I would gladly repeat.

First standard hotel for the traveller and mainly for people who provide their services to different companies in the region, also has two areas for social, commercial, events, seminars, meetings very well conditioned.

Failed to respect the price of my previous reservation, a group of 6 friends. We occupied 3 rooms, 2 people in each. The next day, we had to sit at the bar, which was very hot and uncomfortable, because there was no place in the dining room, a waiter asks us the number of our room, we noted that we were seven people that we had for breakfast, telling us what we already knew, that the room includes breakfast for two people, he did so insistent that it was offensive and to finish off, two of them charged the breakfast, giving as explanation that the guest should ask before if breakfast is included (in ANY hotel occurs this). It is worth mentioning that with the exception of the waiter and one of the receptionists, the rest of the staff is very friendly.
