We loved it, with the exception that one night we stayed we had a bit of a problem with the cooling. Just that, very comfortable bed and very friendly service.

The rooms are clean but kind of dated. The service is good. The food is just ok.

Excellent hotel. Excellent service. Very good breakfast, they have dinner in the evening and happy hour. Coffee from 1a all day. The only thing you can ask to improve is your Wi-Fi quality, which is very low speed. Out of that, excellent!

The free shuttle is very convenient, I used it to go in the morning to the site where I had to work and in the evening to get back, the drivers are very punctual.
Small bemol on acoustic insulation. The floor of the rooms lets all the noises (Not and other) pass despite the carpet on the floor.

Excellent service, medium sized rooms, comfortable, air conditioning is floor and noisy. Gym with basic equipment a little reduced. It has an outdoor pool, but the water is not air-conditioned. According to the agreement or the rate, they offer buffet breakfast, very basic. In the afternoon they offer happy hour, snack, and beer, sodas, to taste. There is No covered parking. Access ramps and elevators for people with different capacities. A good option if you are visiting for work reasons. Conveniently located, easy access via fast communication pathways quite away from the center.

Quite well, I was quite pleased that this now more quiet the hotel, which is not as crowded as other times. I love that this so close to various restaurants and food places, shopping mall and other. Because in the periph of youth there are really quite a few options. Very good and efficient laundry service, at least for dry cleaning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I do not put 5 because now they do not have happy hour and because they have no options in place to order food to the room, apparently only Applebee's. The room is pretty good, as always, enough for what you need in your stay.

Nice hotel, but the places to buy stuff are on the other side of the avenue so you have to take a long walk to get there. But it's a good hotel.

Great location right off the highway. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was decent, though the bed was a bit hard for my taste. The breakfast had lots of options and hot plates for the food was much appreciated!

The hotel is very good and the service is great, BUT the room that was assigned (considering I am a Diamond member) was in pretty bad condition (dirty carpet, old shades, damaged walls…)

Front desk girl wanted to overcharge us for additional guests when they had already been included in the reservation, rooms had ants and bad customer service overall.

Pros: helpful staff re local attractions, free breakfast, nice happy hour — free food and booze!, clean room, great housekeeping, exchange for pesos right there, secure parking lot cons: exchange rate was 11% lower (but still appreciate the convenience and so used), shower head wasn't working properly first 3 of my 4 nights' stay (room 405) but still was able to shower overall a great hotel. 5 star because cons were relatively minor imnsho.

It's a nice hotel. The party room doesnt have a direct connection (door) to the hotel. To access it you have to go outside to the side of hotel by parking lot. The room wasn't as clean as other times.

Good place to stay: clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi (though you need to reenter the access code every 24 hours), friendly and helpful front desk, and a free bottle of water everyday.

(I am not an english speaker) It's a pretty good hotel, well service, I liked the food alot. I think, they could get better at some things, like free Wi-Fi and the small details like the towels placement and let 2 water bottles in double rooms.

During my stay of one month at hampton Inn chihuahua, makes you think the service that offers its staff.
The service they provide is of high quality, not to mention that your staff is friendly and attentive.

Great location, next to industrial parks. Very good service, the included breakfast buffet has many options. The pool is a great plus.

Very bad experience. Not what I recommend.
1 TVs do not work properly (switches off the signal and its control does not respond).
(2. Phone failed to report the problem with the TV and had to go down to do it personally).
3. On the main hall are not well WebApplication room, missing signage numbers.
4. Every morning to cigarette smoke odor in the main hall.
5 staff without experience in the preparation of invoices. It's been a week and I had to call to request it again.
