Very nice hotel, clean quiet comfortable
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I recommend them.

Excellent service very rich food, has bar, and the best copper ravine in each room has excellent views from the hotel.

Bad experience, the girl in the lobby very rude and liar. They gave Me an ugly and old Veery room, the TV super old and noisy. Nothing advisable to stay here.

Good hotel but no internet.

You can only eat dinner at the neighbouring hotel, a short walk away which is part of the Balderrama group and is called Hotel Mirador. The staff there prioritise the large tour groups for dinner and asked us to wait until 8pm to be served dinner, despire there being smaller tables availabls close to the bar area. When we were served dinner, it was rushed, with each course arriving in quick succession, with the waiting staff keen to pack up once the big tour groups had left. When we asked for the bill to sign so that it could be signed against our room tab at the Barrancas Del Cobre hotel, we were told we'd get it the next day. We complained about this and the staff insisted we'd get it tomorrow, which was quite absurd. Turns out they were charging 800 peso for the meal, which they had failed to tell us beforehand and the food was frankly below par and overpriced compared with what we ate and paid for in Chihuahua city. They clearly believe that with a captive audience and limited other options of places to eat, that they can do this. We won't be going back.

The rooms are not nice, the service is not the best, they do not have food in the hotel and what they sell snacks are expensive, they offer food service in another hotel of their same company that does not say this super expensive, do not have Internet service GRA Tuito have to pay for the recommended zero…

The hotel was very clean, pretty, warm, and the staff is very accommodating too! Not to mention that breakfast at the view hotel is a great bonus for a small price ☺

Very nice hotel near the station Posada Barrancas and a real quiet place.

My situation with this hotel was nothing pleasant! Not to mention hell.
1 No reception staff (I only saw them when I checked in and check out)
2 If you have any problems you solve it by yourself, because you do not find anyone from the staff.
3 doesn't have a restaurant. If you want to eat you have to go to the hotel Posadas Mirador (from the same chain) and the food leaves you at $400 MXN per person, 3-cycle meal (quite rickety).
4 No bar, no service to the beverage room or snacks.
5 If you want to feel forgotten, this is the hotel. The facilities are not bad, has a lot of wood to be a great hotel, but urges a change of staff urgent because I think I will be themselves covered their laziness and little interest.

An excellent accommodation option at the Chepe Posada Barrancas station, the hotel is just 100 m from the station, when you arrive at the Chepe van and help you with the hotel's personal suitcases. The rooms are comfortable, there is living room, billiards table, table games, coffee and tea all day, there is BBQ area for your roast beef. Very nice, quiet, excellent meals and also transfer you to the restaurant "El Mirador".
The water was colder than hot.

Hotel next to Posada Barrancas station. Clean and very accessible.

Cabin-style room with fireplace, and rustic furnishings, has hot water and heating. Billiards, minimum bar and coffee or tea all day. I was touched by a family that one night they had serenade and carried children who listened outside when waking.
